Recently, i just took over my unit's keys from the developer. Amid inspection, there were many defects found in my unit, such as rusty window hinges, crooked & dented sliding door frames and painting/cement stains on the window & sliding door frames. last but not least, the unfinished painting works on the interior walls...........what a lousy workmanship....

nowadays, the developers don't really care about the quality of the houses they built. what really matter them are the quantity and ultimately their profit. unscrupulous....
