1951 Graham Brothers (?) elevator at Tekniska Högskolans chemical institute, Stockholm, Sweden
Based on knowledge about similar looking elevators and the other elevators aroud, this probably is a Graham Brothers. But keep in mind, I am not absolutely ...
+ADDEs Transporting Adventures! can you help me with this one? I don't know
the original manufacturer of this elevator... the shaft doors seem to be
original except the new door handle. The elevator has got the serial number
36899 (if its the original number) and should be from 1950 or 1951... any
idea?
+Uplifting PostTower The number stated is O-0609. The other number is used for the inspection Company to identify the lift and that system is different between companies (such as Dekra having serials beginning with an L).The manufacturer for me is unknown. THe cab appearence is a typical 50's freigh elevator design. Usually, I have only seen ASEA using this cab so far, so I assume it is an ASEA elevator...However, we found a elevator with Graham Brothers callfixtures and 1970's KONE cab fixtures... Looking at that video, it have the same cab design as this one. (and the callbutton's shape also isn't to wide, wich callbuttons for ASEA elevators usually are). so This must be a Graham Brothers, Yes, I am sure of it!
