MSG isn't illegal in the US, it's widely used. My guess is almost every major fast food chain in the US is using MSG plentiful (just google McDonalds MSG or Burger King MSG or whatever your franchise of choice). And when it comes to soups - guess what's in bouillon cubes? :-) MSG is common everywhere, America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia. That's not to say I like it :-/

I just had it verified by my buddy, chef of 15 years, you might of seen him on the Food Network, and he happens to be....ASIAN. Its called Chinese celery in that part of the globe, however, in America, its called cilantro. So you are still fucking wrong.

But we think you should have put that first to engage the audience at the beginning because a 4 minute video is pretty long if its only on timelapses.
