I have an '06 with a 6 foot box and crew cab as well a 6.6 L diesel engine
do I need those special brackets or are the 'L' brackets fine?
I have the 16100/16200 rail set.
The CURT rails should work fine with the Valley hitch. To double check that the product will fit, measure the cross length of the foot tabs on the Valley hitch. They should be 22" apart on center. If they are, the hitch will work with the CURT rails.
+CURT Manufacturing Okay well the fifth wheel I bought is a Valley brand it didn't come with rails so the trailer place closest to here had rails from your company. I'm not a 100% sure if those brackets would work.
Hello, the 16418 brackets are not required. On page 5 of your 16100/16200 universal bracket kit instructions, you will see the details for installing on your specific vehicle. However, the 16418 was manufactured for an exact fit on your exact make and model. Installation may be easier. 16100/16200 Instructions viewable here: https://www.curtmfg.com/masterlibrary/16100/installsheet/CM_16100_INS.PDF

+Mitchell Davis i've seen earthlings and part of cospiracy (i'm also a fan of food inc). and i totally agree being vegan is one of the easiest ways to cut a lot of problematic foods from your diet.
+zentouro that's great :) have you seen any documentaries like earthlings, cowspiracy or forks over knives? Really good! If you considar yourself an environmentalist being vegan is the best way to do so :) thanks for the reply :)
Wow, your channel is brilliant! :D
There is SO much SO wrong with tar oil >:( If you wanna build a pipeline
across the whole continent then fill it with cables from solar farms in the
desert!
+KarolaTeaoh yikes. have fun :P maybe just stick to the recent stuff. there is some realllll old vids on here from before i knew how to use a camera or edit.
I included your video in an online forum for a class I am taking in college
as part of my argumentation! You are really doing a great job at explaining
what is happening and how it's bad for, well for everything.
I am in geography, I pretty much learn everything there is to know on the subject of climate changes and the environment. This class is a first year one I took because I needed an easy one this semester! That being said, permafrost defrosting is a nice topic that you may like too. It has so many repercussions in the north (I live in Québec) and is happening at a fast rate.
If approved Warren Buffet and Berkshire Hathaway stand to lose $2 billion a
year using their railroads to bring this dirty oil into the US. Without
the money they may not keep donating to Obama. He will definitely veto it
so he doesn't lose the payday. I'll believe the people who want to ban the
Keystone Pipeline are really concerned about the environment when they
change their tune to "Ban all dirty Canadian oil coming into the U.S. BY
ANY MEANS!". Until then they are just full of it and want to make sure the
Democrats benefit by the donations.
+zentouro You don't have to make a broad sweeping attack at every irresponsible person polluting, just the ones bringing Canadian oil into the U.S. But that would mean attacking a group that make contributions to the Democrats. Since the video discusses stopping a pipeline bringing evil Canadian oil in then stopping a company that is already bringing in evil Canadian oil and making a bundle of money doing it is right on topic. You mention the evil Republicans pushing this pipeline but what about the Democrats that voted for it?
+Dave McMillin this particular video does have a political agenda, but i don't think that means it doesn't have an environmental agenda. i'm using a framework that has been in the news to inform folks about how they can make political change but also the dangers and general nastiness of tarsands oil. Making broad sweeping attacks at every single person who is irresponsibly polluting wouldn't make for a very informative video.
+zentouro Yes, this video is about stopping the Republicans from getting the KXL pipleline approved. It is not an environmental agenda but a political one. If you were concerned about the environment and the dirty, toxic oil coming in from Canada then you would also be pushing for stopping Warren Buffet and Berkshire Hathaway from bringing it in to our country now. They donate big time to Obama. Yes people will get rich. They already are getting rich off the Canadian oil including Obama. Carbon in the atmosphere? What about the trains bringing in Buffet's oil??? This is not what the people want? Yes it is not what Obama wants because he and the Dems would lose big contributions.
+Dave McMillin Of course I am, but this particular video is about stopping the KXL pipeline. I can't really cover all of the ways that the oil industry is wrecking this planet in a single video. If you snoop around at all, you'll see I have other videos about everything from the people's climate march, to new york's fracking ban, to bill mckibben's 2011 speech at powershift, and i'm working on creating more. However, with this pipeline there is an opportunity for people to speak out right now and tell Obama to veto it.
+zentouro That's great but are you fighting against bringing this dirty oil into the U.S. by all means. Stop it from coming into this country by pipeline, railroad, etc. If Buffet and Berkshire Hathaway keep making tons of money bringing it in by their railroads then the pipeline is irrelevant.
I've been fighting against the keystone pipeline since the first iteration. Unfortunately, political money is what makes moves in this country when people are too busy saying others are full of it to actually get out and vote or rally for a cause.
