in bulk, 4 hrs room temp in bulk then 2hrs rest in balls, then ready to
make pizza. makes about 12 dough balls at 275 to 280 gr dough balls
for the title margarita (in Italy) the flour and cheese have to come from a
specific region otherwise you're not allowed to call it pizza margarita.
(it's the law in Italy)
Pizza Margherita is from Naples. Parmigiano is not, it's from another
region in Italy. Real Pizza Margherita has NO parmigiano on it. maybe you
should do a research.
