I'm pretty sure there's over 100 different hot pockets you can choose from, but I'm only going to make 4. I mean you get the point. You take whatever food ...
+some unfathomably moist, saucy, creamy, crispy, succulent flakes of perfectly aged tortilla chips Didn't I see you comment on Tasted fag? Also, You changed your name. Your old name had something to do with a purse.
+syi666 "and die of loneliness." I think the dip in quality may be traced back to this portion of the description. This is the video you watch when you're ready to die of loneliness.
I'm referring to the end being shaky and poorly green screened. and the horrible script jokes. but it was nice not being able to hear you smack and chew for once
The Kitchen Witch demonstrates how to make chicken stew in a biscuit pocket. This easy to make handheld dinner is an homage to Cornish Pasties but made ...
You've inspired me Lyndsay. Here's what I did (just) ...boiled cubed
potatoes ...sauted mushrooms, onions, garlic, flour, chicken stock, milk,
leftover Swiss Chalet sauce (1/2 cup), then tore up leftover half Swiss
Chalet chicken...poured sauce over all......I swear I have enough here to
feed a village ! Just couldnt do the Bisquick thing ....made Soft As A
Cloud Sour Cream biscuits....giant casserole of Chicken Stew into the oven
to bake a bit when the biscuits came out of the oven. Thanks !
Oh Lyndsay you're going to have a ball playing with it. Let me know how you
like it when you get it, okay? Did you ever see it when they demonstrate it
on QVC? I saw it on Lindalu19's channel then on QVC and I had to have it.
Have fun honey, and maybe do a video with the different looks? I might do a
tutorial on it someday soon, just for fun. Take care, Colleen xox
Oh I was thinking about what to do with leftover chicken stew today. I
don't have any bisquick. You think phyllo dough would work because I have a
box of that in my freezer? There is also a big ball of bread dough in the
freezer for pizza making and I was wondering if I could make some kind of
steamed or baked stew filled bun.
Hi Lyndsay!! This looks great to just make ahead and have for dinner with a
salad on a Saturday night when you don't feel like cooking. I'm definitely
saving this recipe and trying it. You're such an inspiration to me because
my imagination gets stale sometimes when it comes to cook. Thanks so much!!
xox ~ Colleen
Hi Tammy, yes pick up a box of Bisquick, you can get it at Walmart. It is
SUPER easy to make and work with and then just follow along with the
recipe. This is so good! My whole family loves it. Let me know if you run
into any problems or have questions. I am happy to help, thank you for your
kind comments.
I really don't think I would use a fork and knife! I think I would just use
my hands! A comfort chicken pot pie in the hands warming my fingers on a
cold night! Then I would need seconds and thirds to keep my fingers warm!
That looks delicious Lyndsay!
Colleen, you got it :-) This freezes beautifully and I love to keep stuff
like this on hand for exactly that. I also like taking these for lunch
every now and then. Have a fabulous week ahead - I'm buying that face
sculpting kit you featured :-)
I made this today and they were really good however i noticed that through
the baking process it soaked up alot of the inside so I had to add more on
to the top before serving. All in all really good and I will make this
again.
They were good made with phyllo. Had them with a boston bib lettuce
salad.Boston bib is in season here at 94 cents a head. Almost like a samosa
but not spicy. Do you know how to make samosa filling Lyndsay?
That would be great if you can make a samosa video. I used to get these
curried potato samosas in Toronto from a east indian bakery that were
really good also falafels and tamarind sauce.
I LOVE that! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful memory. I promise, you
will love this recipe :-) Thank you so much for stopping by and commenting,
it's wonderful to get to know you.
Do you think you could make these, then freeze and when ready pop them in
the oven. My inlaws like pot pies I wanted to make them up some for their
freezer. Love your vids!
I have bisquick in my pantry and I just never get around to using it for
anything more than a biscuit or two. But it sure did get nice and golden
brown and tasty looking!
Oh my gosh!! You conjure up the BEST memories - ha ha ha!! Larry Tate! I'm
having one of these as we speak and they're pretty darn good! Have a
fabulous week my friend,
Ooops forgot the carrots and peas then tossed in some broccoli to steam as
well before pouring over the sauce .... baking as I write. Yummm thanks
again !
My greatgrandma use to make these for her husband and son's to eat while
out in the fields.
