www.spigolo.com.au Pino will teach you how to prepare in the italian way a Pizza napolitana, crispy and delicious you will rediscover what Italian are famous for.
"holy crap... dont tell me... is that so ? .. lol lol... " Was that
sarcasm? I couldn't really tell... I'm trying to help you here. If you
don't have a pizza stone (like me), then you can use a quarry tile ($.99 @
tile/hardware store). They work the best I've researched. If not, you can
even use a large cast iron pan with a flat surface as one, just leave it in
oven as preheating. Or use a pizza pan like me and just crank your oven to
highest possible and place pizza on lowest level.
put a shallow pan with water on the lowest rack of the oven when you turn
it on. it simulates the humidity that is released from wood in a wood
burning oven. this may help. you may also try to cook the crust for a few
minutes before you add the toppings, or with just the sauce. experiment
around a bit every oven is different.
hi, thanks to ur recipe i get my dough very good but i have a problem....
when i try and bake my pizza it just gets too hard (unchewable)... even if
i dont roll it too thin, the pizza either turns out to be too hard or not
cooked at all... please help me... im sure i am getting some basics
wrong... btw, i use a home oven...
it's true, the 'pizza napoletana' has only sauce (origano and olive oil) on
it, instead the pizza made with sauce, mozzarella, basil and olve oil is
called 'pizza margherita'. Both have the same origin... :D ... the
'pizzaiuolo' in this video has done a good work! ;D
@saintsaji which is why they harden it first. There's not just "soft"
mozzarella, there's many different shapes, sizes and densities of
mozzarella. I am inclined to agree though that the pizza in the video is
not Italian.
holy crap... dont tell me... is that so ? .. lol lol... how do you bake ur
pizza then ? i dont have a pizza stone at home and since i was making the
pizza for the first time i thought a microwave would be good enough...
LOL Enzo said "why the hell do you use a flashlight to see the pizza, wtf
is the temp in the oven? You don't make pizza like this" In a nutshell,
your fire is too dim/weak to cast light, much less heat the oven. LOL
Hi, nothing apart from flour, water, salt and yeast. and the flour was
kneaded exactly as shown here. i think the problem was with the microwave i
used. it didnt have proper heat may be.
LOL I was watching a video on how to complete the mission 'Sexy Time' in
GTA IV TBoGT because it was too hard for me, then after the video, i saw
this in the suggestions!!! WTF!!!
@saintsaji -we use it but do not peel, cut into strips. In my house we use
provola sliced and then chopped. The important thing is the dough, and
the hot wood oven .
Microwave??? Don't tell me you microwaved your pizza.... That's a big no
no. It just won't work at all. I use the microwave to warm up my water, but
nothing else.
non credo ci sia da fargli una colpa.ognuno ha ciò che ha ,non è di certo
colpa loro
Perfect Italian Style Pizza | Chiappa Sisters
How do you make the perfect Italian style pizza without a pizza oven? Well we are here to show you how, and it is SO simple. Everyone loves pizza, but now you ...
Dear chiappa, can you do me a favour and make the ingredients of the dough
simpler? Like someone told me that it's the rule of 3, 2, 1.. 3 cups of
flour, 2 tbs of yeast, 1 cup of water. Was that correct? What is your
percentage? Thanks for your awesome recipes.
As soon as the first chick began speaking with a British accent, I stopped
the video. Brits shouldn't be giving advice on Italian food.
Actually, Brits shouldn't be giving advice on ANY food!
Overhasty statements like yours are racist, counterproductive and in a globalized world like the one we're living in, antiquated.London's food scene e.g. is thriving. You will find restaurants of any conceivable cuisine. It's home to world famous restaurants and chefs, like Jamie Oliver whom the Chiappas are working with.Instead of judging people by their alleged origin, who btw. are passionately expending huge effort, you should consider your offensive tone and the consequences of your demeanor on the internet.
Even Chicks that were born in Italy with full Italian parents ? ;)

I don't know any good Korean BBQ places here in Vegas I have never been to
one. Now as far as Thai goes there is a local place called Pin Kaow and I
have been there and the prices are cheap and the food is excellent! The
locals around here LOVE the place! It's a few miles off the strip and much
better than anything you will get on the stip in my opinion. Here is the
addy if you want to research them:" 1974 N Rainbow Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89108

Richard, I am so flattered that my recipe inspired you to make this pizza.
It turned out amazing and I loved the addition of anchovies along with the
information about the origins of the crust. You are awesome and I am so
happy to have you as a friend. I'll send you a video response with my pizza
if you'd like to include it . xoxo!
Hi Ariyele how RU? I think you could make a successful gluten free pie if
you made an Indian corn roti and added some extra oil/fat to the mixture
and them after the roti is done put toppings on it and make a pie or try
some Besan/garam flour! C'mon! You can do it your a New Yorker! We don't
back down from anyone!
Hi Diana how RU? I'm glad you stopped by to take a peak. Yes! I love
homemade pie to I just hate making dough and baking. I know as a foodie I
should not be that way but I guess if I ever get a Kitchenaid then things
will be different! Thanks for checking in I do appreciate it! Cheers!
hi there ..its about 2 weeks and a fews days and im back i Vegas :D..and my
question is ..can you recomend me a real good resturant .."i know they are
not hard to find in Vegas "...but it would be fun to try out the one you
like the most :)
It's funny you focused on the not perfectly round pizza. A recent news
story about mass produced foods mentioned, unusual shapes will be made
deliberately as a marketing technique to make restaurant and packaged foods
look more homemade.
im open for anything :)..Italian ,American ,thaifood,or maybe..." Korean
bbq never tried that "...i love sushi but not if im hungry for me its more
like a light snack :)...but anything goes if it taste good hehe
I kneed this recipe(buh dum - pahhh) , Looks friggen great brother! thanks
especially for the great dough recipe. I am like you, I hate baking! to
specific... I dont like thinking that hard LOL cheers brother.
I didn't know anything about that I will have to look it up. A lot of folks
don't know that in Italy the pizza's are a bit more rustic looking. I
appreciate you stopping by Ken! How are things? Cheers!
walnuts and gorgonzola ....a match made in heaven :)....and pizza was dated
as far back as the Roman empire.."and they had weird things on the
meny":)....so there is no limit on how to top a pizza :)
Richard!! I love your intro, the history lesson, and this artisan pizza
recipe. This is a must try. Thanks for the olive oil on the dough tip! I
like that Brooklyn accent when it sneaks out too!
What genre? We have a 3 star Robachon "The chef of the century" But that
will cost a grip of dough. Do you like sushi? Then I would say Yellowtail
or Nobu? Do you have a preference on style?
Yum! This has to be one of my favourite recipes that you have done!! It
looks incredible and all those spices you put down first would have infused
it with so much beautiful flavour :)
Great recipe Richard and yes, it doesn't have to be perfectly round because
the flavor is what makes it a pizza. I personally love homemade pizzas,
mainly because of the shape.
That looks incredible. I love the use of walnuts. The flavors here are a
match made in heaven. And I love the rustic look of the final result.
You've outdone yourself again.
I have had a perfect pie in Naples and I must say, this looks legit
Richard!Have you ever tried pizza on the grill?I may give it a go with this
recipe :)
aww, shucks. you gave me an indirect shout out by explaining to stupid me
that you know there's more than 15 minutes ;).

scusami Andrea anobile +Italian Made come fai a giudicare un
professionista come Christian Cagano?
Gorgonzola, Prosciutto and Pear Pizza, Italian Recipe - Gianni's North Beach
I got slammed by a cousin in Sicily who complained that they never put fruit on pizza. I told him that this was a San Francisco thing. This is a white pizza, ...
I can't stop making pizza. Love your videos and care. I've been using an
old sq. Pan. Into the weber grill 500 . Then after a bit transfer the pie
to the grill. Great crisp and slight char. I've been making ravioli
tambien. Me gusto .
Gratsi. My latest ravioli filling. Because its what I had. There meatballs peas green beans carrots spinach garlic salt seeasobing half sweet potato sugar and a little red peppers. With or without ricota. And peparoni. Sauteed or micro. Then all chopped or finely mixed. Parm. Placed on top of one peparoni on to of the pasta dough then sprinkle of montzerela on top. Then red sauce and parm or more cheese. And olive oil. Came out great. Also added a little red bell. All that goodness from a few small ingredients. Magnifico. Manja. Mi amigo. Graci. Javier
Ciao Javier. I love making pizza on the grill. I put the dough right on the grill to firm up the pizza. Then I turn it over and add the toppings on the first side as the second side gets a char and finishes baking with the hood closed. It's quick and delicious.Keep on Cooking!Buon appetito!--Gianni
We're can I find your email address? I live in northern California. In a
town called Palo Cedro. Like your videos and your cooking. I'm married 16
years to the same women. I just wanted to know if you checked out the Camp
Chef Arterson pizza oven. I bought one for hundred dollars for my Bbq.
Awesome product.
