i really appreciate as many other econometricians through over the world, because we, in the third world we suffer so much from inconvenient environment to persue high education especially in the field of statistics.God bless you Mr.Ben

@Ben I'm a little confused. The pdf that you use is supposed to be the actual pdf or is this something you define arbitrarily?

Where is the next part of this video? This one was super helpful but I want to know how to differentiate that product!

Is there a meaning for Alpha and Beta? What do they represent exactly?
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-mfgBCQEVBdI/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAFsQ/ZbH7tGnKv2A/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Nickuncle Were you asking what do they represent in terms of the gamma distribution? If so they are the shape and the rate parameters.
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-hNRYXacwjOg/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAABw/DA8Vygc0CDA/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Nickuncle Nah Nickuncle, alpha and beta are just like x and y. For example the x and y variables you use in your math class don't HAVE to be x and y. They could easily be alpha and beta or cat and hat.

since cosine is an even function we can rewrite it as 7cos(2*pi*10^8t - 14.5z)e^(-0.01z). Now if we were to write this in phasor form the 7cos would go to 7e^(-14.5z*j), and since it is still being multiplied by the last exponential term we get 7e^(-14.5z*j)*e^(-0.01z) = 7e^((-14.5*j -0.01)z).

How would I convert something like 7cos(14.5z - 2*pi*10^8t)e^(-0.01z) to the frequency domain?

If your phi value was zero, would the phasor form just essentially be the magnitude? Or no?

+gavinwince dark matter and dark energy are both "positive"[expanding] and "negative"[self-consuming] conducts (behaviours) (due to time-flow rate or "rate of the flow of time") of Frank Wilczek's gridthe grid is "relativistic" though, also granular, that's why we cannot measure a huge polarity on it [well of course we can detect some polarity, but granularity and relativity (among particles or chromodynamic oscillations) kills most of that polatization, but not all of it]Frank play your cards, you have an ace, but we need better mathematical support, and a "grid granular field" to achieve the "theory of everything"We should "play" mixing types of the fundamental forces, applied on Hilbert space, and we should describe conditions inside the "chomodynamic condensation mechanisms" via discrete mathematics - combinatorics. The "flow" of chromodynamic noise, is constituted by vectorized points, with different potential. The chromodynamic hot-spots, the dense parts of the chromodynamic wave, are constituted by vectorized points with "broken symmetry" [we have to mimic the Higgs methods of broken symmetry on the Wilczek-grid]. The dark cold-spots of the chromodynamicWilczek-grid have non-broken symmetry. These vectorized points don't move with continuity but move in a quantized manner, only iff they cross with the granular grid, also all vectorized points act in groups (operation of set of elements to reveal the next vectorized spots on the grid) - we have to apply "group integration" or grid-calculus.If we don't complete grid-calculus others will, for Frank was exact. We need to do three things.1. evolve grid-calculus 2. evolve grid-calculus 3. evolve grid-calculusor we have to create a grid-calculus method
