As far as the quote goes.I think a week of loading might be unnecessary at
least for me at this point.Beginning R1,our fat stores are stocked prior to
loading.I did not load very well on R1,I didn't eat to capacity because I
was with people at every meal and didn't feel comfortable gorging, I ate a
lot, more than usual, but I never felt stuffed. So, this round,I plan on
doing a serious load.Since I have less fat stores on the forefront,I agree
that I could run into problems if I don't load we'll.
Simeons is talking about people who are literally in starvation mode(
sunken in cheeks yet alot of abnormal fat etc) he doesnt mean for normal
cases. your to focused/obsessed on the scale. you feel like if your not
losing wieght then this "diet" is not worth being on, and its not a healthy
view. check out "Weight-Loss Apocalypse" (book and utube). talks about HCG
as a way of mental rehab and begin to correct your thinking about food
rather then simply a method to lose numbers on a scale. ciao
I hear you on the every other day goose egg. I started my round that way,
but then it turned into goose egg, goose egg, goose egg, goose egg, then a
gain or a loss. NOT worth it!! Holy balls chips ARE my favorite thing to
eat lol!! I just want some friggin KALE chips, I mean anything. But I'm too
terrified to go too far off protocol besides the extra protein. Damn you
HCG ;) Bad loaders unite! We suck at loading, but ended up paying for it =(
Seriously mini load now eat that freezer food!! :)
@MissAndyJean88 round 3: 280 to 190lbs currently. My vlog isnt an HCG vlog,
but i constantly watch and discuss in the HCG community and have seen many
of yours. but I dont think hcg is a way of life, since 500cal isnt
sustainable, and p3 is basically atkins. but p2 stops the physical hunger,
so if someone is having thoughts of cheating, stress over weight etc etc
then it shows an emotional dependence on food. which is what i think p2 is
really meant for. to see and cut bad habits with food.
My heart is going out to you girl! I totally know about it not being worth
it even if you are stair-stepping and your average is decent. I think it's
a bum round and you need to reload. AND I think you need to let yourself
indulge and enjoy it. If it were me,I would say Saturday is a full load day
and eat any and every fatty enjoyable thing you can. Learn from my
mistakes. I've done P2 about 9 times. as I've gone I've always done worse
because I don't want the load gain and I take shortcuts.
THIS is why I did a mini-load! Hahaha! People think it's nuts, but honestly
I did such a horrible job re-loading! Both before round two AND after my
interruption. It's my own damn fault, but seriously my fat stores were so
depleted. I really think people should do a full 3 day load before round
two, because round 2 is really difficult for seemingly everyone. I can say
for me after my phase 3/4 I really wasn't having all that much fat so I'm
not surprised I didn't get enough calories in for
I think you should consider doing the mini-load. I know even with round 1
for me, I did not load well and I was STARVING and craving everything in
sight for the first 8 days or so. This is a mental game, too, and if you're
not psychologically in the right place, the stress is probably not helping
your cause. You are doing SO great, 30 lbs...! I just want to make sure you
are mentally healthy, too. Speaking of craving things that you don't even
really like... PIZZA for me. I'd kill for it.
loading. I really hope this video helps some people out, because I hate
seeing people doing round two who are starving and not losing. It's so
frustrating, and super not worth it. I'm REALLY looking forward to P3 at
this point and honestly if I don't get to 135 by then I don't think I'll
come back to HCG at all. The mental game isn't worth it for me. I'm so
burnt out. Thanks so much for doing this Vlog luvie, it makes perfect sense
to me!
Almost to 30 lbs!! I'm so happy to hear this! My idea if you do decide to
do a mini-load would be to keep it high fat and low carb- bacon and
avocado- that sort of stuff. Just my thoughts. I loaded "clean" last round,
no carbs, but high fat- I didn't stuff myself or anything and ended up
gaining only 1 lb- as long as I Had the right dose I felt fine hunger wise-
I lost 90% fat last round too! You poor thing- so sorry to hear you were
feeling so miserable with hunger! Not fun at all.
@rmasso38 be willing to throw away your scale and say "I am not hungry, i
feel energetic, and healthy on p2 so i am not going to stress about what
the scale shows daily. if i continue i will succeed anyway, but the main
point is to have a correct mindset towards food now that hunger isnt an
issue so i can do better in life afterwards." of course with 500 characters
everything i write will sound rude, but i do hope your able to sift and
glean anything good from what i have written.
@stepharoo85 Steph...was just looking at all these comments (mostly as the
back and forth with Andrea and that massa (sp) person) and I came across
this one of yours...LMAO. You do have a way with words, girl! I'm
considering something for this, my goal, round. What do you say about a
planned interruption about mid-way with the sole intention of keeping my
body guessing and kick-start the losses again? Sounds risky but I wonder if
it could help...
have you thought about tracking your body fat? There were several days on
my rounds where I didn't lose weight but I lost body fat on my body fat
monitor and it was actually a good thing because my fat loss was catching
up to my weight loss. Might make you feel better to see more of the picture
possibly? It can be discouraging to be eating sooo strictly and soooo
little and seemingly getting nothing for all that deprivation lol-
@rmasso38 i really am watching and rooting for you! so i hope you dont take
offense or think i am telling you something from a lofty place, because i
really did go through it all as well. i had to change the way i viewed
food, what i considered success on p2 (not just the movement of a scale)
until i broke alot of bad habits. so i wish you luck on your journey as
well. and hope it isnt as bad as mine haha :)

Accepting this two way street is part of being an adult.
If differences of opinion were tolerated- especially religiously- then I

such as what we are today.
Hey girl! Glad I found your channel. DO NOT CHEAT! It's not worth it,
believe me I know. You really are doing so well and you will get to your
goal faster if you don't cheat. Keep up the good work and I look forward to
watching more of your vlogs:)

@HCGSandi Really? I didn't know that about Sweden! wow. My maternal
grandfather's family is 100% Swedish. He was the youngest of 10 and grew up
in Alberta. He and my mom were always trim. I don't think I have Celiac but
I am definitely gluten intolerant. I can't even consider having a stack of
pancakes-- I'll be on the couch for hours. I hope I have another release
tomorrow. Thanks, Sandi!
Interesting about the candida. Makes me want to go look at my tongue lol! I
agree, I think I am the healthiest I have been in 10 years in just a short
period of time. Hope you get great results with your fat fast and you break
through that set point:)
@MemesHCG Thank you! I hope so, too. I haven't seen Food Inc because I
don't think I can handle seeing it. I am a huge grass-fed, organic fan. I
stay away from fast food-- although I love Del Taco's bean and cheese
burritos with green sauce, LOL.
Awwww =( Fat fasts are really rough on the tummy, hope you are feeling
better now!! Hope you start losing again too :) Soooo interesting about the
tongue!!! I've noticed mine is nice and pink, it's probably from being so
low carb! Cool :)
Interesting about the tongue and gluten. I think all our problems in our
body stems from all the quick process foods we have eaten over the years.
Have you watched Food Inc.? Eye opener! Hope you have some releases
tomorrow!
@ExpatMomInYoKohama Thank you so much for saying that!! That's what I was
thinking today: "You're in it for the long haul, just stay with it". When i
get to the 140s, I'll be relieved :)
