Die Creme ist wirklich gut für Ofenkartoffeln, auch wenn ich nur 3 Sorten Pfeffer (schwarz, weiß, lang) zur Verfügung hatte. Auf meinem Volks-Grillwagen mache ich auf der oberen Ablage gerne Tornado-Potatoes; die sind vergleichsweise schnell fertig (nicht vorgekocht) und da passt dein Dip auch gut zu.

With the Saber SS 500 at 500 degrees you should cook a petit filet for 9 minutes if you want medium-rare. The first point of contact is always the hottest, so you should place the petit filets for 1 minute and 30 seconds, rotate, and continue for 3 minutes. When flipping the petit filet, move it to a new position on the grill for a fresh sear for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then rotate and leave for the remaining 3 minutes. Don't cook using this chef as a guide.

I liked your dryrub mixture. However, I prefer to use coals with smokey wood chips in order to bring out the true flavors. The filet in this video looked medium to well done which is not the way I prefer my filet cuts cooked. However, I like this video. Great presentation!

You over cooked the steak and you didn't let it rest.... the rub look interesting but i dont know if you can trust someone who can cook a steak correctly...
