I visited the lounge recently (and also made a video review - click my name if you'd like to see it), but I don not think it's the best lounge. It sure is a good lounge, and some of the amenities (like the day-rooms) are great, but I feel it lacks a certain something.

I agree. The space is too large and too open. It's as if they were given a hangar and told to fill it with something rather than building the space around the lounge.

I much prefer lounges such as Virgin Atlantics Heathrow lounge. The fun and hip environment there is miles ahead of this glitzy and gaudy lounge.

Looks very bland and unwelcoming. Too far for an elderly person like me to walk about. With all that space, you are still crammed into a sardine can no matter what the class. Who's kidding whom?
