Don't believe it and move out to Kansas thinking they will actually pay
towards your student loans. I moved out here to one of the "Urban
Oppurtunity Zones" for the student loan repayment deal and have been here a
year and still haven't received a dime of the $3,000. Also, there are no
oppurtunitys except for seasonal part time farm work. I have to keep
putting my student loans on economic hardship deferment.
