States Fund Budgets With Contents Of Safety Deposit Boxes
Presented by //www.RunToGold.com 44 States face massive funding problems. These problems are estimated to persist until 2011. Where will they get the ...
LMFAO..ya Bank of America did this to me too..I think that they look for
people who do not visit their boxes regularly either..it had been over 5
years since I had went to mine..I wanted to close it but every time the
rental fee came up I would just pay it..thank goodness I had taken my gems
out before I stopped going. There was only a few worthless papers in there
and then they had the nerve to send me a certified letter for a 432 dollar
bill for drilling into the box-I laughed & flipped my hair
For some time now, banks have been allowed to loan out money when they had
little or no capital. By doing this, they basically create interest out of
thin air. It's beginning to sound like BANK OF AMERICA has come up with
their own little scam to make up for a little of the deficit. A bank that
would do this kind of thing should be excluded from any benefits of the
bailout, whether it be the ability to borrow money or whatever...
The auctioneer requires the 'seller' to assume all risk and hold the
auctioneer harmless against all claims in the event the asset being sold
has problems, or the auctioneer refuses the auction. That 'hold harmless
agreemen't is then transferred to the purchaser at auction. The liability
exists with the 'seller'. The problem is that you can't sue the local,
state or federal government.
No one's asking the most important question: How in the world does a
private person's property left at a private institution under a private
voluntary contract between the two parties become government property??!
What gives the government the moral & legal right to declare such private
property as unclaimed and attach it? It's just thievery in broad daylight!
If that is the case there is an old maxim of law that states, if a remedy
at law is not available one is perfectly within their rights to take the
law into their own hands. I'd be taking the auctioneer aside privately and
inform him that if my stuff was not returned within 30 days he would have
an unfortunate and quite fatal "accident".
Bank of America settled with her? So she got her some of her money back but
still lost her heirlooms... Way to go USSA. I am surprised they didn't make
reference to the "legalized" gold theft in 1933 when "hoarding of gold" was
made illegal and many such people were forced to sell their gold to the gov
and the people within it.
The revolt needs to be undertaken and the first move to defang the
globalist bankers is to take ALL assets out of ALL financial institutions
and buy gold and silver. Pay all debts with postal money orders OR CASH..
NO CHECKS. Take out NO MORE LOANS. Stop paying on all credit cards (this is
your personal bailout).
At that time (1933), only 25-30% of the people complied with the new "law"
requiring them to turn their gold in to the government. Of course, this was
an unconstitutional act on the part of the government, so I certainly don't
blame the people who chose to keep what was rightfully their property.
My fellow Californians are assholes- I understand Schwartzenegger was so
ignorant of how gov't worked when he was elected, that he had to take
"government classes" to be told how it all worked. I didn't vot e for this
jerk- but everyone in love with the "Terminator" just had to vote for him.
I think most should realize by events over the past year concerning banks
and Wall Street that NO ONE should trust a BANK! The word BANK is becoming
a nasty word. The fact is that this is still going on in many banks. I
certainly wasn't surprised to see Bank of America's name in this video.
What's the whole point of having a physical bank anymore? No safe box, no
interest in savings, fees for everything, it's totally useless...except for
the free mints in the lobby that are last Halloween's candy. Even the cheap
pens are chained to the counter, a bunch of shysters!
I don't understand, Why is it they can't go after the people who acquired
the stolen items and money? They must keep records of who bought what at
the auctions. I'd go after the auction companies, sue their pants off and
pursue criminal charges for selling stolen merchandise.
notice how at the end of the report, they mention several ways to make sure
you still have your possessions with the bank but don't include how you
could just as well remove your things, get a safe, and store them yourself.
the media are shills, paid spokesmen.
B of A: "Oh we're sorry we fucked you out of $4Million in bonds - but, hey,
here's a toaster, now go away." You: "Uh, thanks for screwing me in the ass
like a Greek sailor - I'll put the toaster next to the shotgun I'll use to
Cobain my brains out."
I wonder how long it takes before someone goes postal on the banks or
treasury. I wouldn't want to think of what I would do if they stole my
priceless family heirlooms. I do not have any safe deposit boxes thankfully.
Hahahahahahahaha, a bureaucrat caring about the people? What a fucking
crock! Statism is dead. The government is finished, & banks are losing
trust faster than man loses his dollar bills in a strip club.
With the internet we have a chance for the first bloodless revolution in
history. I'm pretty sure this is the "without representation" the founding
fathers were talking about 200 some odd years ago
I like under the bed concept which would be right next to my 870 Super
Magnum (safe and sound). Everyone should move their funds from BoA to teach
them a lesson!
Was the customer negligent in paying for the box? I know I doubt it,
because should't the fee have been automatically deducted from their
checking account?
All bad but it appears the renter of the box must not have paid the rental.
