Unfortunately not, only one-off races. It was the shortcoming from the editing necessary to get these cars and their characteristics in the game :(.

nice thanks man, but i also have a problem, when i play night mode the other cars show up in opponent manager, but when i click player info they don't show up, but they show up in day mode so idk whats going on

Someone saw my videos and guess what? There is now a dedicated GTP server available!!!In the game launcher, select the Multiplayer Day and start. Hmm, that's interesting. I know filters need to be updated for night cars, but they should all be available. Night cars are carname.gtn.car, day cars are carname.gtp.car. Could you double check things are ok? In opponent manager you can apply filters, make sure the "Display Active Only" is not checked.
