a big part of me not getting rid of the jeans was bc the place i wanted to
take them to are snobs and because the jeans were not within the same year,
they wouldnt buy them which worked out well bc they are all the same size.
that means all of the jeans i had will fit!!!!! super happy and excited.
also, I was lazy to try and figure another way to sell them. thank god for
laziness right? lol
A. Super annoying! 9 out of 10 changes they mark your comments as spam. lol
Joe said, "may she is a robot". freaking weirdo. It only does that with you
but I guess I could see why they said that this time. You did several
comments back to back
3. CONGRATS GIRL!! When I first saw your goal jeans video and you talked
about only keeping that one pair .. I shook my head and was like "ooooh
noooo keep them ALL! " I'm so happy that you fit in your goal jeans!!

Knee injuries are a pain in the ......knee? ;-)
Not sure that the whole paleo theory stands up to scrutiny. Maybe she just
found something that allows her to eat the right amount of calories for
'her' body. But Give it a try, but don't be bound to it. The carb bounce
back could be bad IMO.
you JUST got into the MFP and it's working for you, why change to some
unrealistic, unsustainable fad diet now? it just doesnt make sense to let
yourself be swayed by some exceptional person you found on the internet.
Plus I would recommend not going ultra low carb if you are trying to build
up your fitness. your intensity will suffer and you wont be building
muscle. and at your calorie totals, you'll end up losing muscle for
certain. but if you want to set it low I would suggest letting it be
controlled by your fiber intake. 25g of fiber a day from whole foods
(beans, whole grains, bran, etc) ... that will make your total carbs be
75-100g which is still pretty darn low. you are a nurse, you know the many
benefits of fiber in your diet ... control blood sugar, keeping a healthy
set of gut bacteria which help you digest food and scavenge essential
minerals, lower cholesterol, etc etc etc. if you are setting you net carbs
to 20, the MOST fiber you will be taking in is maybe 10g ... that's just
not enough I dont think.
You have great points and while I understand your points, I want to try it for about 2 weeks. I didn't decide this on a whim...I have been collaborating with dietitians and nutritionists at work. There are ways to get in fiber and the good bacteria without going above 20g carbs per day. I'm actually at just about 60 per day now and am losing...it's only a test....I love and appreciate your input and please keep it coming....it helps me tremendously!!!
