+Roy Alan it's the lighting you moron. I studied broadcast and cinematic arts at Central Michigan University. We took whole classes on lighting for television and cinema, and plain and simple, the lighting is sub par for this video. The guy has a large nose and it therefore casts shadows under his eyes.
The best thing you can do for your health is to eat a diet mostly based on plant foods. There is no doubt about that. Definitely check it out though mate.

Fat guys usually get that way by not working out at all. Most fat guys are also primed for easy noob gains.I lost a lot of weight in the past two years while getting stronger. The only things I've taken are whey protein powder and vitamins.

2 weeks ago! I currently have HUGE lower back pain! I really don't know
what to do! And ofcourse I will go see the doctor but until I get an

hi my name is Matthew i have just turned 13 and im naturally skinny im

its your latest, i have about 1/2 an inch covering my abs and small love
handles. my goal is to burn off the fat covering my abs and have some lean
obliques, i do not have or want to get a gym membership and im wondering
how to start and the best work outs to use to get visable abs. i would

Get a gym membership. Do an hour of running 5 days a week and change your diet. Also start with light strength training/weight lifting. Then you'll build muscle and burn fat.
