Aye, do believe I did :) Let's see, I think over the course of these I poked a little fun at my silent protagonist by making him out to be Chrono, A random Starfox voice (SNES), Snake (MGS), and the Pyro from TF2. I think I recorded all those at least.. not 100%. Yeah I had fun with it.

I decide to join the Beta and played it. I enjoyed it definitely saw improvements of the 1.0,.... so I picked up the retail copy and Im playing now despite the 1012 and over90000 error. I am having fun. Playing on Cactuar also Archer IGN: Hunter Rose

The crystal engine they used before ARR came along was fabulous, but not a whole lot of people were able to play on standard setting, some had to put it on the lowest setting possible to play, and that is on computers only (their plan to bring it over to ps3 that time didn't bode well.) What makes this different from the other games is that this is an mmo with potentially thousands of people in an open environment. In an mmo, it isn't necessarily about the best looking graphics.

This has to be the most STUPID run throughs I've ever seen! I'm trying to find all the Athernet locations and all a video like this does is waste my time. How about STOPPING at every important location and then noting why it's important! Showing us who we can talk to and why, where the auction boards are, things like that. This is like sightseeing with an hyperactive gopher nothing more.

Although I love the crystal engine better in terms of graphics, not many computers, or the PS3 can handle it with a lot of people on one server.

I had the original FF14, which was less than impressive, and all of the errors many people are having, on the 'new' version of the game, are really not making me consider even trying the free open beta. Apparently error 3102 is not even a new error, either, but one they had during the original version (I found posts on this exact error on the FF14 forums from September 2010). How is that possible? How have they not fixed errors they previously had?

because that's what the devs want they are really limiting access even though its in open beta the NDA is STILL in effect you are still NOT allowed to stream or put videos on youtube how does that make any sense at all ? I really don't understand the devs plan here

What sucks I had to recreate my email becase Hotmail deleted it...lol but it recent me my phase 3 beta key downloading the beta now cause if i'm not mistaken u do not have to reinstall the game if u have the phase 4 client. :)

Ok so i have the launcher, i can log in but it wants me to input a code to register for "Early access". But they don't send out those emails until the 20th right? so wtf.

Nope the open beta is open to everyone but people who weren't in phase three cannot play the open beta until the 17th (the 16th is only for closed beta 3 testers)

I couldnt patch my phase 3 client last night (said something about not being able to check the version), do I need to download the complete client again??
