Set this up in my basement probably about 1997 and it's still there. Used
TYCO Quick-Click slotcar track, and at the time the TYCO Quick-Click H.O.
Train Crossing piece was available, and ATLAS H.O. Train Track. Think they
can still be found and purchased on the internet. TOMY brand track is more
popular now and has a wider selection of track pieces available, but no
train crossing offered, but there are Adapter Track pieces available to fit
a TYCO Crossing to the TOMY Track. Thanks.
The type of H.O. Slotcar track is Tyco Quick-Click out since the 80's. The
H.O. Train Track is Atlas. Unsure if the Tyco Quick-Click train Crossing
track piece is still available or not, I got the crossing pieces in the mid
90's. Layout is still together and working. Car track has 2 cross pieces,
there is no lane advantage, both lanes are exactly equal length per lap. I
still enjoy racing the old ThunderJets the most. Thanks for all the
positive comments.
