this is the craziest test ive ever seen no test on #2 shut off valve if its leaking through it would give a false reading on #1 and #2 check valves and whats the deal with the water column tube this is bizzar way to test when your $1500 gauge can give all the proper pressure differentials accross the check valves if you want i can email you some procecure for 5 valve test gauge or 3 valve test gauge. but if thats the way canada wants it i guess thats how you have to do it
