Project CARS is quite lenient with overheating, so you can afford to go above 100 by a margin (as much as 30º in some cases) and avoid mechanical problems.I always try to stay between 90 and 100. Over 100 there´s some risk of failures, although you can have short peaks above that and still be safe. If you´re regulary running over 100, that´s dangerous. I suggest to run above 90 because there´s no point to cool the engine any further, and every bit of cooling costs you aerodynamic performance. If failures are off in the room you´ll race in, you can do whatever you want. If failures are on in the room you´ll race in, avoid the engine running over 100º for sustained periods. 105º in one particular corner but the rest of the lap around 98º, that´s safe. Staying most of the lap above 100º, that´s not safe.

+xoomei1 relaxa. Haverá diferença nos pneus de até 3 graus. Isso não implicará na performance do carro. Concentre no alinhamento e suspensão e depois passe aos pneus.
