This is a good assessment, and i think not everybody knows the hard work that requires this profession. I found the corbandy medic study crusher to be a very good resource, you could search it in google.

ok, the EMT-b class here is ok, the guy needs to realize their is alot more than CPR and vital signs, combitubes arent used anymore, they went to Hiawatha Firedept. and the car thing, is called extracation. i would say University of Iowa is the better course. this is kinda a bad video representing for the EMT-B

Blood present in the ear canal and dilated pupils. Patient was ejected from vehicle concluding a possibility of brain force trauma. This video missed that even though its a scene size-up to load and transport. If there is this possibility of brain force trauma, then the patient needs to be transported rapidly to the closest trauma center.

Critical fail on NREMT is (failure to differentiate patient's need for immediate transport versus continued assessment/treatment at the scene) So.. this is not so obvious for people trying to learn and pass NR. I agree with below. Secondary should have been done en route. The movie should have showed this.

“Do not delay transportation to the hospital any longer than absolutely necessary.” Umm okay, thanks for stating the EXTREMELY obvious. “So Joe, how about we sit out here for a couple hours and play some cards while the patient slowly dies?” “Okay sure, that sounds good to me - nickel a point.”

Interesting, according to my protocols in BC, Canada, vitals come during the secondary assessment. In this situation the pt is very much RTC, vitals with the secondary assessment and history would be done on route to the hospital.
