+Roxana Iulia Hi Roxana! Have you ever tried making flax eggs? 1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water. You mix it, let it sit for 5-10 minutes and voila - an egg replacer. I've never tried it with this recipe but I think it would work.
