Excellent advice, thank you. All the other "do it in 5 seconds" type vids are just showing off & you're liable to inflict injury. This is apple-peeling in the real world, for real people.

Kyle, does this unit produce alot of smoke when you made the ribs? I had a Philips XL and it was horrible when I made any kind of meat. Smoked the whole house up. Also, what model is this unit with the stainless steel basket? How tall is it? Thanks for any info!

They are in most parts of Canada. They are like Nacho Cheese but a much stronger flavour.  We always called them stinky chips haha :)
