Simply put if you want to be stronger and survive harsh situations stop ingesting all forms of poison. Fitness is the key to end all inhibitions and detriments, focus on becoming physically and mentally fit. You may have to become a bit condescending (but not necessarily saying things out loud to others), just stay away from people and situations to involve it. if you dont smoke or like the smell would you sit in a closed room with people smoking?
