+t1blue The books I have were released a little before Common Core State Standards were approved. I believe they are currently CC aligned, I just can't say if newer editions speak to CC specifically.

Great video for homeschoolers. Often times as homeschoolers we get the
teachers guide that tells us what lessons to teach which days and how but
does not go in depth about theory and teaching techniques behind it. I will
definitely be purchasing this book. if you have any other resources similar
to this please share. Most videos on line cover curriculum but few cover
professional development. I think it's something our community could
benefit from, especially those of us who do not have a teaching background.

@Dajedu do you recommend this book for kindergarten and primary also .i
mean will it be useful if i as a parent want to teach concepts to my kids
of 7 and 4 years .Tfs

+Fatima Begum Azad I think it would be great to have on hand because it would give you a good foundation in introducing various math concepts to young children. It covers everything from the basics of addition through probability - so it will definitely grow with your family.
