+King Phillips Ok, but they should stick to penalizing criminals, not a cultural fashion trend. How do we know the police won't abuse their power even more using the excuse that someone was sagging their pants? They already have the stand your ground law which is supposed to be color blind but doesn't work in favor of black men and now they create a law specifically targeting a sub-culture dominated by black men.
