@EntinludeX Well i must admit I hardly watch fox, I mostly watch BBC and enjoy John Stewart for my satire fix. as far as I can see Hannity is just another stupid Christian. FOX always tells the truth, and have been #1 for about the last 130 consecutive months. If you watch CNN or MSNBC, you only see half of what's going on. direct injection economics is in short taking money in in taxes then spending that money (not any more than what u take in) on public works or subsidizing innovation. if the gov. dose this it employes people, expands the economy, and moves our nation forward in development. this model id not a top down system like trickle down economics. this type of model incorporated with fair trade will give incentive just by existing for other country's to adopt workers rights and raise the world as a hole

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.

People are stupid, health is a fundamental need. It's so fundamental that companies, insures, doctors can charge almost any amount they want and you will pay. Hurricane Ivan (I believe in 2006) spawned way more tornadoes than that storm. Cherry picked news coverage doesn't mean increase in weather destruction. Whens the last time you saw a hurricane on the news? Years? Does that mean they went away? No. Its selective media. This type of storm also hit the south in the 1930's... does that mean the 1930's had global warming issues? Truth is, man doesn't know very much about the weather. Your local weather man proves that much.

China is the single largest polluter on the planet. They produce toxic "brown clouds" that sweep across Europe every year. Until they clean up their act, who knows what the future holds. The earth goes through cycles. 30 some odd years ago, everyone was concerned about global cooling..Students from Berkely wanted to dump a substance in the ocean to "warm the waters" thus warming the globe. Now its global warming? This has been happening for millions of years on this planet. Its nothing we're doing, but rather the earth is doing. Unfortunately, there is too much media hype. There were no cars here a thousand years ago, and the same stuff happened. Its just unfortunate.

I'm on the fence about anthropogenic global warming (the science is there but it seems shrouded in rumor and innuendo), but I don't think it's something to mess with. Reducing carbon and sulphur emissions can only be a good thing in the long run. Besides, fossil fuels won't last forever. Even if they find a way to synthesize petroleum (they're close), they'd only be able to meet the demand of the remaining internal combustion vehicles in use, not for 50 more years of new ones.

AGW is not causing tornadoes as it requires several conditions to come together (Upper level winds, warm moist air, a strong storm front) at the same time. But the extra energy in the atmosphere (temperature) and the additional moisture caused by AGW is increasing the severity of the storms and the areas prone to have them has hugely expanded. We are alreagy into a record year and we have not got to June yet.

"History of Greenland" meant Greenland, feel free to google it. Greenland (during the medieval warm period) excavations have shown that the fjords (in Greenland) at that time were surrounded by forests of 4-to 6-metre-tall birch trees and by hills covered with grass and willow brush. The interior of Greenland is still covered in ice (left over, as I said, from the last period of glaciation, that same glacier also covered North America), as I said. The areas surrounding the fjords however, did have forests during the medieval warm period... they virtually disappeared during the mini ice age. Yes the climate did change rather drastically. The Norse population on Greenland was wiped out in about 1500, because of the rapid cooling, they starved. Did you read the article?

Climate is cyclical, we go through warming and cooling cycles all the time. 500 years ago(little ice age), cold temps in Europe spurred on the fur trade, helped to send people to settle North America. 1000 years ago, (Medieval Warm Period), there were Viking farms on Greenland. 1500 years ago, another cooling period devastated crops in Europe. 2000 years ago, the Romans had vineyards in England... look it up

The last ice age started 2.5 million years ago, it is said to have ended 10,000 years ago, we are still emerging from that ice age. The glaciers that are melting, have been melting for 10,000 years, they are remnants from the last retreat of the current (we are still in this period BTW) Pliocene-Quaternary glaciation period. The ice sheets on Greenland, Baffin Island and Antarctica are from that period and they are also still melting. Please feel free to look up what I told you..

Almost every history book also says George Washington cut down a cherry tree and told his father "I cannot tell a lie" Greenland was called Greenland because the fiords were covered in willows and birch trees. The interior was ice yes (still is, it's an ice sheet left over from the last period of glaciation 10,000 years ago, it is still melting) but the coastal areas were forested. Lots of settlements, when the mini ice age peaked (1500 ce appx), the settlements died out

Do you know what the ozone layer is or how it's created? "Scientists" found a way to conveniently make it look like there is a permanent hole in it at the poles. When the northern hemisphere is in winter, the north pole never sees the light of day. No sunlight means no sun striking O2, which creates O3. The same happens on the opposite end on the opposite time of the year. It's not a man-made reason that causes the poles to have less ozone than the rest of the earth.

Climate change is real and man-made, but it's something that can be immediately stopped. It has ZERO to do with OUR CO2 output and other "pollution." Anyone who dares experiment will find that CO2 actually cools a planet. I know what the weather in my area is supposed to be like. I remember it as a child. For the past 10 or so years the summers here have been getting hotter and more humid. Thunderstorms have been getting less exciting and fewer in number.
