All practice bombs are pretty much cast iron only or cement filled cast iron. I didn't see any that would go boom in your video. Like Megadonky says, if you are unsure, no touchee! Also, if you are not sure, do not transmit any RF signal near them. That means no radio or cell phone. But I am 99.9 percent sure that all the ones in the video were inert practice bombs and used up smoke bombs.
