+Mr. Red Bird If someone reports you for being very drunk, aggressive and you're walking the streets with a glass bottle then they have to come find out if the person is fit to be on the street and if they feel they aren't then they take them in over night to sober up to make the streets safer and not have a drunken guy with a glass bottle walking the streets.
+Chloe Sargeant Good luck, get out when you can! I also walked down that street many times. Usually for a cake from Thomas'. At least the cakes are good.
Yeah that's what I meant. I love going to the beach for the day and just relaxing but living here is so stressful and I plan to move away when I'm older
Scarborough is a Beautiful town if your going just for a day out, I use to live in Scarborough and unfortunately while I like the seafront and castle I can't stand some of the people in Scarborough who are rude and disrespectful Unfortunately for that reason it makes Scarborough an unpleasant place to live
See how the police try to stack the charges against him? There's no mention
of "drunk and disorderly" before or during the arrest.
He is warned for open container, littering and one swear word (for which he
was warned and he apologised and accepted the warning and said he wouldn't
swear again).
There is no LAW which states a police officer can demand your name and
address as he was NOT told her was getting a fine for the open container or
littering.
Only in the voiceover at the end do you hear that the other charges were
dropped and they new tried a new one "drunk and disorderly". I see nothing
in the video apart from at the police station AFTER his arrest where he is
disorderly.
Fair play to the young man for standing his ground, refusing the caution
and forcing the police to take him to court. I would be certain he beat the
case.
He probably got acquitted in court, they would show this video as evidence. Any judge would throw the case out since he wasnt technically disorderly

Yes there is people living on the Esplanade, the Esplanade is a wonderful
place to live on,it can be a bit pricey, but it is well worth it,i live just
