+Rosestyles8 I agree with the smoothies part, I haven't finished all of the video yet. That's great that you are a vegan, I used to be a vegetarian but that lasted about 5 years until I wanted to eat meat again just for convenience (didn't crave meat either) but now I love meat. It is kind of strange, when I stop eating meat I don't have a craving for it at all but when I continue eating meat I always crave it and can't imagine not having it. If there are better meat alternatives in the future perhaps ill try to go full vegan for life. Almost forgot, carbs are GOOD as long as you don't have too much, you work off everything anyways.
What's embarrassing is people are saying that 100% fruit smoothies are bad for you. If they contain fruit, and while fiber fruit, not juice, it doesn't matter how much sugar they have. Unless you're a diabetic, fruit sugar is easily digested by the body. Try to find a doctor that lowers your fruit consumption unless you are morbidly obese or a diabetic. Plus, I eat protein bars almost everyday, I can bench 100 pounds, and I'm 5'8 125 pounds. I doubt the carbs are making me fat. What should have really been on this list are animal products. Vegan for my health, and ethical reasons.
You can still eat them, just in moderation. A bar every few days is not gonna kill you, plus carbs are not bad.
