USA: Bernie Sanders outlines Wall Street reforms in NYC
Democratic Party presidential candidate Bernie Sanders outlined his approach to financial policy and Wall Street reform during an address to supporters in New ...
I remember when obama said he was going to reform wall street.Wall street
ended up reforming obama into the puppet bastard you see today.
Do you really think an old guy like bernie is going to make a difference?
If you do your living in cloud coocoo land.
Before anyone attacks me for my opinion,i don`t think crimminals like
Hillary or trump will do any better.
These bastards will promise you anything and everything to be top dog.But
in the end will deliver nothing except more wall street extortion.
Bank bail in`s anyone?
+alan jack As he has pointed out several times it will take a revolution with millions of Americans getting involved in the process and putting pressure on the Washington to get things done.
Wall Street reforms (all for the jews?)
Alexis Tsipras v2
Unbelievable.
Where the fuck is CIA? HELLOOOOOOOO! Theres only scums for the presidential
elections! Wake up you motherfuckers! Who the fuck are these people!? What
the fuck is going on? These people are capable to destroy the whole world,
not only the US!
Holy fuck! Im gonna start to believe in the "end of days"! WAKE UP YOU
FUCKING IDIOTS!
+blackout07maroon I will never wanted to become a politician, but i know about politicians and politics. You have the same feeing with the Greeks who vote SIRIZA (Tsipras) and New Democracy (Samaras), but its ok. Humans doing mistakes. They need something to believe. If you want my personal opinion? Hillary was the most honest person. She tried to make the current elections more spicy with all these bullshits, because she knows, theres no hope for America and prob the world. I said to you for years, change allies....this world is a mess. You are allies With Turkey Saudis and Israel, but the soaps have problem with the Sunni Palestinians. Sunni like the Turkish and the Saudis. I really dont know what the fuck is going with you. Uneducated? high confident? You know that world can be desstroyed tommorow right? 2016, i saw it. You need to change. Not you, but the people who running your country. These people manipulate you with ideologies poitical parties hatred greedy etc.
You're a fucking moron if you can't see that Bernie Sanders is the truth. A once in a lifetime presidential candidate candidate. Dude has been saying the same stuff for 40+ years. He is for real and honest. Look him up.
+100001091057100001 1 Mate? Are you stupid? What the fuck are you saying? This guy wants to make through the law the black money from the offshores legal! Its 30 trillion! ahahahahahahah You gonna throw your country to criminals and jewish hands! You gonna live like salves for the next 15 20 centuries untill the miracle happen! ahahahahahaOh cmon, you cannot be so stupid?
I have just spent all day(9 hours) operating machinery. In a wet place, A
cold place. But its ok, Thats what I have to do to pay my rent, And heating
bill, My feet are not wet and freezing anymore, And Im having a few beers
and watching Youtube. Its not perfect sitting in my one bed flat, But at
least its mine. I work for it. I did not decide this is how it should be, I
just followed the system as my forebears did. Now to blame me for doing
this is just idiotic, I cant control an evolution of industrialised
society, Blaming me and people like me is absurd, But Im pretty sure of one
thing, I'd rather have warm feet and some beers after a hard day. Than live
in a mud hut, The crux of this environment stuff is left and right
politics. And I really believe the left wants us all in mud huts.
wow my own mud hut ill take it better than rent or a mortgage (derived from a "Law French" term used by English lawyers in the Middle Ages meaning "death pledge")so my own mud hut is looking kind of good right now.
+spinnerpete ...No! You are completely wrong. The LEFT want to make this world a better place. I didn't watch Patrick Moore's talk after the first 7 minutes. So I assume Moore told you that some people are blaming you. To make sense of these debates, ignore the blame games. Concentrate on facts. And your employer should ensure you are comfortable and productive. Join a Union?
+Karen Hatclerode If I asked you to drink a cup of my jizz, would you? You know it's safe, and won't hurt you.Am I a lobbyist for the sperm bank industry now? Fucking moron liars who spread bullshit. The guy has NEVER worked for Monsanto you dummy. But I guess that doesn't stop the lying so called liberal media from smearing someone and then having all their little drones regurgitate these lies :-D
GueyEyes: The contradictory statements come from your arguments which is what I was pointing out.As global sea temperatures rise the oceans release CO2 into the atmosphere. This is why CO2 levels follow temperature, not the other way around. Also, this release of CO2 as global temps rise would cause the seas to become more alkaline. And yet you quote an abstract; YOU quote an abstract that shows an increase in the thickness of shells of sea life when oceans were cooler and hence should have had more CO2 and been less alkaline. As cooler seas can absorb more CO2.This is the contradiction and YOU brought it up with your link to the abstract about the Orduvacian period. So the point is that CO2 levels in the oceans are NOT responsible for the thickness of calcium carbonate shells. As you point out cooler oceans lead to more nutrients etc."CO2 is acidifying the oceans and killing the corals" is obviously a falsehood as your own link proves.
GugeyEyes: I am not aware of Sagan saying anything about AGW. Send a link.Methane levels have remained steady even with the perhaps slight global warming of the past decades. The computer climate models with their feedback loops have been proven wrong over and over again. The observable data disproves all of the computer models. Watch Frolly's latest video and see the charts.AGW myths are as harmful as the DDT myths that have led to the needles deaths of millions from malaria. The lack of cheap power, which leads to poverty, lack of clean drinking water, etc. kills millions. The 2C rise in temperature being a "tipping point" is a myth. The climategate e-mails prove that Michael Mann and Phil Jones pulle this number out of thin air with no basis in science.
+Tim Mcgraw And yet according to your link, it was a cooling of the planet that led to thicker exoskeletons of calcium carbonate lifeforms in the seas.Ocean biologoy 101 - cooler ocean temperatures mean higher oxygen, upwelling, and nutrients in the water leading to stronger skeletal structure. Higher temps in the seas release CO2 into the atmosphere thus reducing PH levels. The oceans are the largest CO2 sinks on the planet.Self-contradictory statements like this jsut tells me that you are really more interested in arguing than being right. Iv'e noticed that the more you prove some people wrong, the more they dig in...why do you think that is; its a psychological phenomenon I first discovered when I tried to debate with flat earthers. :)
+Tim Mcgraw Sagan also was one of the first AGW educators. AGW and nuclear anihalation are two sides of the same coin. That is to say the human flaw of self importance or entitlement that is ultimately self defeating, and is something that will have to be overcome. Sagan also emphasizes over and over that for now we only have the one home to do this little experiment on. Sagan has been one of my role models since I was 7 so don't put the wrong words in his mouth. ;) I think also that people don't understand that AGW is a trigger for other forms for GW, like the release of methane and additional co2 as permafrost melts, or methane from the ocean floor, all multiplied by the increase in water vapor. Of course life would go one with just 2 degree c of warming...but this 2 degree of warming is very likely to tip the scales that cause more severe warming. An when people spread misinformed ignorance about the issue this is extremely harmful. Most other conspiracy theories like Illuminati, flat earth, and reptilians are harmless, but agw denial is one conspiracy theory that is dangerous.
OkiDokie: That is an interesting question. lol. I've never heard of Islam and the Borg being compared, but then; it is all about submission with the two philosophies, yes?The answer is for humans to avoid all forms of submission to higher "authorities".Anarchy, (no governments), is the only way to avoid human suicide by governments. Thanks for the comment.
+Tim Mcgraw.... If we try and be objective, is there any way for a highly technological civilisation (which we have already become) to avoid a war of annihilation with Islam? I compare Islam with the sci-fi Borg. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borg_(Star_Trek)
Gugey: This is all fun and games. CO2 is not going to kill the planet. The nukes are going to kill us all. They damned near did in the Cuban Missile Crisis in the 60's. We are all living on borrowed time.Carl Sagan wisely said that civilizations reach the point of discovering nuclear power and weapons and then self destruct due to their own faults of tribalism in their genetic make up.Enjoy every day, Gugey. They, the psychopaths who run the governments; or some terrorists; could start the nuclear holocaust any day.
gugey://notrickszone.com/2013/10/08/carbon-dioxide-and-the-ocean-temperature-is-driving-co2-and-not-vice-versa/#sthash.FMYq1LXu.dpbsThe Ocean temperature is driving CO2 levels and not vice versa.Higher temps in the seas release CO2 into the atmosphere thus reducing PH levels. The oceans are the largest CO2 sinks on the planet. And yet according to your link, it was a cooling of the planet that led to thicker exoskeletons of calcium carbonate lifeforms in the seas. How do you explain that Conehead? Maybe you are in France.
Gugey: I am not confused. You are! There was no mention of acidification of the seas on your link. You lose. Good-bye. Next time do your homework and actually read the links.
+Tim Mcgraw I think you are confused. We are not talking about CO2 in your argument necessarily - and if we are jsut talking about cooler water contributing to stronger skeletal structures then the argument still cuts against you doesn't it? You see this is talking about calcification in sea life during and then after the cambrian era. Since that time skeletal structures, shells, and coral have evolved to become more calcified. Now with higher acidifcation (due to increase in co2) calcification in certain sea life is much more difficult. You seem to have thought that creatures in the Cambrian era were just as calcified as they currently are - that is what you argued, but they arent. I posted that to show you that your previous argument...Mollusks developed during the Cambrian Period when PH levels in the seas were similar to today, ergo current PH levels are not unhealthy for corals.is wrong. So stop being wrong and join my side; you still have a chance to redeem and then vindicate! And yes I also posted a yahooanswers link because the content was actually quite good if you care to read it or address anything in the link.
GooglyEyedWalker:Do you even read your links?Calcareous skeletons evolved as part of the greater Ediacaran–Cambrian diversification of marine animals. Skeletons did not become permanent, globally important sources of carbonate sediment, however, until the Ordovician radiation. Representative carbonate facies in a Series 3 (510–501 Ma) Cambrian to Tremadocian succession from western Newfoundland, Canada, and Ordovician successions from the Ibex area, Utah, USA, show that, on average, Cambrian and Tremadocian carbonates contain much less skeletal material than do post-Tremadocian sediments. Petrographic point counts of skeletal abundance within facies and proportional facies abundance in measured sections suggest that later Cambrian successions contain on average <5% skeletal material by volume, whereas the skeletal content of post-Tremadocian Ordovician sections is closer to ∼15%. A compilation of carbonate stratigraphic sections from across Laurentia confirms that post-Tremadocian increase in skeletal content is a general pattern and not unique to the two basins studied. The long interval (∼40 myr) between the initial Cambrian appearance of carbonate skeletons and the subsequent Ordovician diversification of heavily skeletonized organisms provides an important perspective on the Ordovician radiation. Geochemical data increasingly support the hypothesis that later Cambrian oceans were warm and, in subsurface water masses, commonly dysoxic to anoxic. We suggest that surface waters in such oceans would have been characterized by relatively low saturation states for calcite and aragonite. Mid-Ordovician cooling would have raised oxygen concentrations in subsurface water masses, establishing more highly oversaturated surface waters. If correct, these links could provide a proximal trigger for the renewed radiation of heavily skeletonized invertebrates and algae. This is YOUR link; Note:"Mid-Ordovician COOLING would have raised oxygen concentrations in subsurface water... etc.."There is NO mention of CO2 levels because they had NO effect on the Orovacian radiation of shellfish. This is your link, dude! And as it states, it was global cooling that made it happen. And it is just a theory. There is no mention of PH levels in the seas in the link.Yahoo links are worth their avatar as far as credibility. Don't post those again please.Do your homework.
+Tim Mcgraw OH okay!! So since ocean acidification was once allegedly higher that means that modern corals, shellfish, crustaceans etc that are accustomed to current ph levels for the last few million years will just adapt right now! Especially since all life in the ocean has been in exactly the same evolutionary state since the Cambrian period! I get it! I am glad you are a biology professor to set us strait! Now I will do some reading up on this stuff lesee here... lets try this one. https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100219142151AAgMpwXand this one //palaios.sepmonline.org/content/25/2/73.abstractHang on that last link - im kinda reading it and it says here you are just kind of wrong.Cambrian and Tremadocian carbonates contain much less skeletal material than do post-Tremadocian sedimentsI know you are a smart cool old guy but you would be even more cool if you would just switch sides and help me ridicule deniers; vindication is one of the greatest pleasures to be had.
Googly-eyedWalker: Oh, for Chrissakes! The whole ocean acidification is ruining corals argument is based upon the theory that the current PH levels, which are still alkaline btw, make it difficult if not impossible for corals, oysters, all animals that use calcium caronate for shell formation to do so.So OBVIOUSLY if corals, shellfish, and other animals in the sea that form calcium carbonate shells for protection developed (came to exist) in huge numbers during the Cambrian Period with similar PH levels in the sea as today:TODAY'S LEVELS OF PH IN THE SEA ARE NOT HARMFUL TO CORALS OR OTHER SHELLFISH.And in case you didn't hear that, let me repeat it:TODAY'S LEVELS OF PH IN THE SEA ARE NOT HARMFUL TO CORALS OR OTHER SHELLFISH.And to have you comparing bees and birds in your counter argument is pure lunacy.. sheesh man.Go take a biology course.
+Tim Mcgraw Mollusks developed during the Cambrian Period when PH levels in the seas were similar to today, ergo current PH levels are not unhealthy for corals.OH I see! So if on land if excess chemicals like DDT don't kill cockroaches, then it must not effect butterflies, bees, birds, or other species either! WHY; your logic is simply infallible sir! I doff my hat to you!!
listenToMeOkiDoki: LOL! An avatar asking for us to listen to him and yet, he has cement ears to an argument contrary to his dogma. It may be true that no credible scientist claims that the oceans are becoming acidic, but damned near every newspaper and enviro wacko in the USA claims they are.The propaganda on Ocean Acidification is rampant here.Mollusks developed during the Cambrian Period when PH levels in the seas were similar to today, ergo current PH levels are not unhealthy for corals. If that logic is over your head, please sit down.
+Karen Hatclerode .... Moore's comment (at 04:50 minute) re claim "oceans are acidic or will become acidic" is WRONG. His claim that the term Acidification is used to imply oceans will become acidic is misleading. I am yet to hear any credible science make any such claim. Therefore, Moore's above statements are a tool of propaganda. Moore then speaks in a distracting style that reminds me of Monketon. I stopped viewing at 07:20 when Moore referred to the Cambrian period. Come on! We must concern ourselves with the effects on today's corals by today's changes in ocean pH. The man RUBBISHES too loudly and too much. He stands condemned in my opinion. He should sit down
Am not completely on right or left's side because of the same reasons you state... Although you will see at the Open Secrets site.. that people like Cruz take money from Oil and Gas it is not as much as you might think. Although it is plenty too me.. $709.493 But almost 26 million from Real Estate interests. //www.opensecrets.org/pres16/indus.php?cycle=2016&id=N00033085&type=f Campaigns aren't free. Just to methe right is less of a poison, and in alignment of my modern views. Let's say snakes... Hillary to me is a cobra compared to a right wing's corn snake. While some "bacteria" on the fangs of either could kill the venom at the heart of Hillary is deadly.. to me. We need a third party, but Obama's culture of gimme gimme gimme is going to ensure that it will never happen. However, he is giving away state's powers to the right as the "balance" is being sought at almost a subconscious level by the People who are being or ....feeling (which counts just as much when they physically vote) ignored by him so often.
+Franklin Taylor I believe I trust an elected government more than large corporations. Especially ones that act like they can do whatever they want without taking any responsibility. Unless of course that govt has become an oligarchy using corportate moguls to put out media that convinces the gullible to vote for 'their man'. BTW why politically polarize it?? The problem is not left vs right. Big banks support Clinton, big oil and other industry supports republicans. I believe political alignment often short-circuits rationality in this case. Not that people are rational or care about facts...(cheers self up by reminding self that I am arguing against an increasingly fringe viewpoint).
googlyeyedwalker: Hey, PG&E just got a nice bonus here in California. Every customer who quits PG&E and goes on a "clean" energy program has to pay an extra $10/month in severance fees. That's $120/yr for every family in Cali that goes with your green energy boys.John Coleman, the founder of the Weather Channel says that all of this green energy/save the planet folderol costs the average California family $1200/yr.That's a lot of money for a pipe dream when most families in Cali earn $30K per year. It's theft. It's taking more money from the poor and working class. Can't you see it with your googly eyes?
+gugeyewalker You said "Yup lets tax the fuck out of polluting coal plants and give that money back to the people so we can clean up their mess. Sounds good to me. :)" trouble is they will just fill their own pockets. You ever in your life heard of the American benefiting from such? ...no I have been on an electric bill for 30+ year at one place or another and it has never happened that I was refunded from a utility beyond my deposit for opening an account. I am paying 21 cents a month for an ice storm that left their butts unprepared in 2009 when they lost 10s of thousands of utility poles ..all because they did not monitor their pole conditions beforehand. When your electric bill quintuples don't go crying to a conservative Elected official about it. That is the thing about business they pass the increasing costs on to their customers ..... no one benefits and the will still make their profits.Just like oil companies or any regular business of a giant size. Only losers are small businesses they just will close.
+Tim Mcgraw The rich are already stealing money from the poor and working class, and now they can just openly bribe congressmen like Jim Inhofe and Ted Cruz to support their agenda. Yup lets tax the fuck out of polluting coal plants and give that money back to the people so we can clean up their mess. Sounds good to me. :) They've already enjoyed a century of energy subsidies.
gugeyewalker: "climate change is as certain as evolution". Exactly. So why does your side want to tax carbon to try and stop it? Why does your side want to make energy more expensive for everyone to try and stop it?As you write, "Climate change is as certain as evolution."So, let it happen and adapt. The arrogance of your side to think it can stop or even modify the climate always amazes me.And your side knows this. What this is about is money. The carbon tax money and the money from higher energy prices.AGW is a scam to steal more money from the poor and working class.
Well, We hear all over you tube and other medias references to pay offs for.. People who attack people who disagree with the climate Change agenda. It's laughable. I think I told you before.... The government has cut out funding for scientist that counter the "climate change" agenda... so where else do these people have to turn? I think it's a bit of a conspiracy for both sides of the issue that they (Scientist) are all raking up making mega money going for or against this. However if it is true that the government backed ones are being funded for unbalanced non impartial reviews, no one should bemoan scientist getting work where they can. We hear about the intimidation the anti warmist scientist get and that is uncalled for as well. You do know that oil companies are very large investors in alternative fuels sources as well or they show they are?. All that wind equipment is made from oil after all. I wish oil had never been figured out for development, we would not even be typing on anything of communicating and certainly would be serfs out fallowing soil with hand held hoes and saying yes your highness to someone better than Obama. They'd be blaming climate change on the fact they didn't sacrifice enough virgins at last winter's solstice instead of the nonsense that they do now.
+Franklin Taylor You would be raking in 10-20 g's if you were a climate scientist asked to do a paper casting doubt on global warming by someone like Exxonmobile or Koch Industries. There was a study using some undercover bribes and they found that certain scientists who support agw science would easily switch their colors if offered the right price.
+Tim Mcgraw 97% is not bogus okay - that is a blatant lie perpetuated by the captains of industry who pay the 3% fringe of climate scientists to say whatever they want them to say. John Cook gets no money from anyone...and any argument the other side makes - you name it, it is debunked at skeptical science...basicly there is no argument you can make at all since climate change is as certain as evolution, cigs causing cancer, and vaccinations curing diseases. Course you could be a smoker, creationist, anti-vaccer guy; one of them people. Usually ignorant people grow less convinced the more someone throws facts at them. More interested than being cross than admitting they are wrong,
+Franklin Taylor Why go after hillary for dark money when it comes to climate change, go after bernie sanders, who doesn't get any dark money at all and is a bigger progressive on this issue than hillary. To hell with hillary.
+gugeyewalker They receive no money but from the readers which that could be anyone Big corporate individuals who are for the agenda of Climate Change could it not? Hillary Clinton receiving donations from a corporation under the guise of a bunch of Oriental people in a Chinese restaurant in San Francisco. 10,000 dollars a head from dish washers. Anyways a site called RealClmate is a best buddy backer of SkepticalScience andGavin SchmidtMichael E. MannEric SteigRaymond S. BradleyStefan RahmstorfRasmus Emil BenestadCaspar AmmannThibault de GaridelDavid ArcherRaymond PierrehumbertAre Skeptical Science's back up buddies So we know who some of the scammers are now. Hockey Stick and Climategate and all. I'm not just someone running my mouth out here I have been watching my own National Weather Service Office raise 30 year Climatological averages compared to daily temperatures when they can for well over a decade now. Several of the aforementioned folk were in on Climate gate. The government will hardly fund scientist that do not buy in to the agenda any longer so who do you think will fund them? Should they work for free? The government needs to get over the "The consensus or the debate is settled" nonsense when it has become settled it is no longer science it's tyranny.
gugeyewalker: Skeptical Science is a propaganda blog created by John Cook in Australia. John Cook is the same Global Warming Alarmist who published the bogus "97% of Climate Scientists Agree with..." add whatever pro AGW/Global Warming Alarmist propaganda you want onto the end of the sentence.John Cook is a government climate change hack.To quote any link from that disreputable "Scientist" takes away any credibility from your arguments.
+Franklin Taylor There are no pro-lefty, pro-left agenda driven scientist "scientist out there at all are there Gugeyewalker? The agenda of the captains of industry - namely fossil fuel corporations, is far more cut and dry than those of the overwhelming number of climate scientists (and their studies) who do not earn a dime on special interests. Earth temperatures have been colder and yet CO2 levels have been higher simultaneously, and I'd be inclined more toward agreeing with you sir. Sure i'll take you up on that! Since this is actually a myth. Its explained here: //www.skepticalscience.com/co2-lags-temperature.htm and here https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn11659-climate-myths-ice-cores-show-co2-increases-lag-behind-temperature-rises-disproving-the-link-to-global-warming/
The coldest ocean waters are where the CO2, roughly is 2000 ppm off the coast of Greenland is the richest and also where the richer nutrients for life on earth are found.Colder temperatures in the ocean always allow for higher nutrients. But once again he is using a red herring and perpetuating a myth that ocean acidifcation isn't serious...he is on the fringe on this, please educate thyself and feel free to fact check the sources cited within the sources:https://www.skepticalscience.com/ocean-acidification-global-warming-intermediate.htmThere is absolutely no argument you can make against AGW that someone cannot prove flawed simply because AGW is actually an indisputable fact...so by all means try again - I can do this all day. I mean no disrespect, but I was once a skeptic and cannot deny it anymore, and like me I hope you can be convinced as well.
There are no pro-lefty, pro-left agenda driven scientist "scientist out there at all are there Gugeyewalker? Totally, and I mean totally, explain away why in times past there have been Earth's temperatures have been colder and yet CO2 levels have been higher simultaneously, and I'd be inclined more toward agreeing with you sir. You can't, and that's why Dr. Patrick is saying what he is saying perhaps. Being a part of the problem makes you see the problem clearer and I am assuming you have been in GreenPeace then? I have not and can only listen to the Dr. who has. The coldest ocean waters are where the CO2, roughly is 2000 ppm off the coast of Greenland is the richest and also where the richer nutrients for life on earth are found. No chance in the world the Left (or right) would smear a former friend who now has changed his views
+Karen Hatclerode Yeah, despise the guy for Roundup, but love the guy for climate data. He's a mixed bag, a voice for hire. Look at the data; not the person.
+Karen Hatclerode Have you ever tried to hoe the weeds out of a soybean field? I have. It is hell. Roundup makes sense along with GMO seeds for soybeans. I wouldn't recommend it for all crops. But if you are a farmer the GMO and Roundup makes sense for soybeans. At the same time, I hate Monsanto. So go figure? And please stay on point. Dr. Moore is talking about ocean acidification not Monsanto.
+Karen Hatclerode Well I took a master gardener course 11 years ago through my State Extension Service and there were instructors talking smack like that.. A government office backed up by the U.S. department of Agriculture at that. Soooo, when they said that I said I will wait and see, because lymphomas can lie in wait for many years.
Bernie Sanders: I respect Hillary Clinton, but ...
Sen. Bernie Sanders says he respects Hillary Clinton, will never run negative ads and outlines why he's more of a progressive candidate.
+badpanda84 America food not start the 9/11 attack the Islamic terrorist people did. How is it Americans fault. They killed America's people by bombing the twin towers with a airplane. How is it America fault?
+Sara Santana "Bring down evil people that are hurting America. Bush did start it."You're either a troll or an idiot with the intellectual sophistication of a 12 year old.
+maximkazhenkov11 this is United States issue period! Timeline of United States indicates military action and Iraq or Afghanistan has no difference for America because it's War so stop with geography lessons. Is this the point? No. Bring down evil people that are hurting America. Bush did start it. So yes War can be important to protect America nation.
+Sara Santana The video is about Hillary voting in favor of the IRAQ WAR specifically, so I thought that's what we were discussing. The war on terror only involves Afghanistan, Iraq has no connection to 9/11 and has never attacked the United States either through conventional means or terrorists. So tell me, in what way did the Iraq War benefit us?
+maximkazhenkov11 dfaq you talking?! This is a debate about War remember?! Don't go off topic. We're not talking about different specific countries. Stick to the subject.
+maximkazhenkov11 if this has been the consensus for Republicans... Why did George Bush declare "War on Terror" on 20 September 2001? It's called protection of our Country UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Hillary Clinton 2016 president because Americans Matter.
+Sara Santana Saddam Hussein, as brutal of a dictator as he was, managed to keep Islamist terrorists in his country in line and was an enemy of Al Qaida. By invading Iraq, the US shot itself in the foot, crating all the problems, instability and general anti-American sentiment throughout the Middle East. This has been the consensus even among Republicans for like a decade now (look how well Jeb! is doing).
+maximkazhenkov11 I don't want to believe that but when you have Muslim people like Roosh V any terrorism is possible. Look at 9/11 attack as an example.
+Sara Santana "Evil country who's going to bomb our asses."You honestly believe that? You honestly still believe that in fucking 2016? Wow...
Sen Warren: STOP TPP! It Allows CORPS. to KILL Food & Environmental Laws
Sen. Elizabeth Warren, speaking before the Senate, outlines how the TPP, the Trans Pacific Partnership trade agreement, would help foreign & multinational ...
+Darrell May That would be standard, violent class warfare & revolution. We need a peaceful "Political Revolution" in the U.S. It already occurred under FDR after the Great Depression and can happen again if labor, minorities, the middle class, and youth are united. It just requires equal rights & opportunities for all; fair taxation on corporations & the rich; and removing legalized BRIBERY from our campaign & political systems.Simple, but not easy. It's still class warfare, but peaceful.
+Darrell May ISDS is also part of NAFTA and other recent trade agreements but I agree. It must be drastically changed. It was originally intended to stop countries from arbitrary, illegal trade practices but it's been turned into a legal CANCER by predatory corporations to simply overrule & wipe-out local protections of health, safety and environmental standards.
Haven't heard much from Elizabeth lately, after thinking she'd be some kind
of hero with her fast start and positions on important issues. Is it all
hot air, or the outlaw media making sure her voice isn't getting to the
people? Put her on the ticket with Bernie, would love to see a all non
establishment election! I'd bet there wouldn't be one at all, if an
appointee was not included in the mix!
+PlanetEarth Trimtab Thanks, the cat is special, I rescued her and her brother off a golf course and my recently deceased wife nursed them with a bottle. They were days old at most, and besides 4 grown kids and grand baby all still at home is all I have. Something has to change politically, I never thought I'd still be putting in 60 hour work weeks at my age! My vacations are spent in hospitals and this coming back to life stuff is like someone upstairs telling me I have more to do here. Meow!:-)
+PlanetEarth Trimtab Sorry, Too much disinfo out there, and I didn't fact check. Anyway, after that embarrassing start, let me just say I agree with you, and Ms. Warren! Also Kitty found a way (into) the floor/basement ceiling and magically reappeared after three days.:-) You were right again, but I'd like to see political reform was my point, after all that back and forth about nothing but opinion, which we are basically in the same camp politically.
+Joe OMalleyWho mentioned murder? Have no idea what you're talking about.Good luck with the cat. Animals are pretty smart about those kind of things unless they're injured.
+PlanetEarth Trimtab I'm no fan of Scalia, but murder isn't the answer, ever! I'm one of the working poor and very left leaning, and believe the banking sector has way too much power in both parties. If I lose credibility for believing to constitution should not be compromised by giving up liberty for security, or you will lose both, then I didn't get my point across correctly. I follow the Turk too, and don't agree with everything he says, either, but I believe he tries to fix things, and there's lots to fix, none of which will until people stop thinking they know how other people should live, as long as they don't harm others. There are rough waters ahead and Scalia's replacement may be just as important as who wins the next election, but nothing short of everyone working on their similarities rather than their differences will get us where we need to be. The people need to do their part, and participate in the process, and then support and work towards remedy, rather than fighting over non issues and get to the meat of the problems, like dark money in politics and wealth inequality which have only gotten worse under both parties, so I say it's the non career serve your country types that will get us on track, and the so called party ideals aren't remebered after the election, and the promises forgotten, except for the special interests. Sorry for rambling on, I'm frozen from looking for my cat who if she wasn't taken in by someone is probably frozen to death, haven't seen her for 36 hours and if she is out there in the 5degree weather. Im done, i have to check somemore spots. You made your point, thank you and good night.
+Joe OMalleySorry to hear you say that. You just lost most of your credibility Scalia was also a total hypocrite and ignorant religious bigot. Please watch this scathing critique.Justice Antonin Scalia's TRUE LEGACYhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mby8uukRNqE
+PlanetEarth Trimtab I agree with you , except I'm not blinded by the fiction of party! It takes all kinds to make a world, and nobody's perfect, Scalia may have been all those things you said or not, but he was a defender of the constitution that I assume some people would still like to live under, and he in a speech called the fema camps inevitable and told a college class that they're delusional if they think they will not come, and actually told the truth, how it was, not through rose colored glasses! I'd vote for Bernie in a heartbeat, because I believe in the man, and he'll honestly try to do what he promises, or even Warren under her promises, but to think your best interest would be served by morally bankrupt people , that the only vote they deserve is a guilty vote from a jury, but won't even be indicted is flashing red to me. I vote, but for someone that will work for the people, not special interests, and there's a lot going on right now to stop those anti establishment types from getting anywhere. We need change from the Neocons and corp. run entities that have painted us into a corner of perpetual war and banks before people , corporate run way of thinking, that is all but shredding the constitution. Party is the same as religion, and I believe in neither, the game is over, and reality will soon be here. Let that guide your hand at the voting booth, the person , not the party, that is if you want change! Party will not change a thing. It may be wrapped different, but it'll be the same result unless the right person get the vote, the party only has one person they want and the other will be terminated.
+Joe OMalley Antonin Scalia, appointed by Reagan, was an insufferable, unapologetic neo-con boor. He was the most REGRESSIVE, anti-black, anti-woman, anti-labor, anti-human rights, and pro-Corporate elite Supreme Court Justice in over 100 years. The man was despicable. I hope Obama nominates Senator Elizabeth WARREN as Supreme Court Justice. She would probably have a snowball's chance in hell passing the Senate, but it would declare war on all the GOP neocons and make the 2016 presidential election a national referendum on the Supreme Court. Senator Warren is the most popular woman & progressive in the country and would strongly help CEMENT the election for either Democratic nominee. It would also help change Senate seats & make the Senate majority Democratic again. Then the new president, either Bernie or Hillary, could re-nominate Warren, a progressive woman populist, to the Supreme Court again. Yeahhhhhhhh!!!!

It's not about living forever, how much longer do you think you're going to
live? 10 years extra? 20 years? We need to understand that we consume too
much, to live so long. Tigers need to eat alot, so they only live 20-30
years max... whereas Crocs can go for months without needing to eat, and
they only make it to 50 or 60! You and I have to find our place in that
balance, instead of trying to outlive our purpose. We are merely walking
talking environmental filters.
This is totally irrelevant to your videos.. I'm just curious as to what
place you are in when you are filming this video? Are you in an office or
hospital?
+Javier Gil Vidal You would have to contact his next of kin for this. Try using the contact form on his website at sfhelp.org I am informed that his relatives have taken over the management of his website.

@gercacn But this is all long term thinking and involves hard work. In the
moment, the person has a narrow goal which they can achieve through
dominating behavior. For them this is a short term win which may outweigh
the long term costs involved, esp. if the costs his own. It's not a win in
your terms, but people who are manipulative are not always open to
effective win-win communication. So long as domination works for them, they
will continue to do it.
@mbarkhau "win" implies the person gets enough of their current
communicatrion and other needs met well enough. "Lose" mean the person
doesn't. If *effective* communication means both people get their needs
met, then the behaviors you describe are usually lose-lose because they
damage relationships and self-esteem.. They usually indicate the person is
dominated by a false self and doesn't know effectrie communicarion skills
@mbarkhau I agree such (wounded, unaware)npeople will continue, unless they
hit bottom and chooise to change. This is amplified because they often
don't get hoinest feedback (confrontation) about their disrespectful,
unempathic communicatrion attitude and behaviors.
REMARK / i would add a powerfull and vicious distractor : TV (some people
live with TV on from morning to night, what ever they do, and even when
they talk to you or to their child...this is sad...
I think the behaviors like fuming, gossip, resentment, manipulation etc.
are more likely win lose on some level, because I don't see how they would
be so prevalent if they were lose-lose.
Pete Gerlach, you are a true treasure of Youtube. I hope you are well.
Thank you very much for all your videos. I will get around to studying your
website in depth eventually!
