@Irishirisbaby It didn't come with a manual. I would not use any lubricant
near where the cork makes contact. I doubt there is much you need to do,
other than store it in a clean dry place. I will probably plastic bag the
mechanism to keep it sanitary since I don't have room to store it inside my
house.

Thanks mate was totally lost on this one, you sure saved me a heap of
trouble. I've been using one of these devices for 2 weeks trying to get
corks OUT of bottles with no luck!
