PARENTS BEWARE!! If you are thinking of moving to luckey ranch and you have children you NEED to know they are allowing CHILD SEX OFFENDERS to buy homes in this subdivision. PARENTS do your research. You can find these predators on the Texas sex offender registry. Do your own digging and beware of your surroundings if your planning to move here.

actually went to lucky ranch to see the houses and we're treated great. we were approved and the man helping was great,until we said we wanted to think about it. his mood changed and was rude and insulting. homes were awesome but the salesman was terrible.

I've heard lots of bad things about lgi - we briefly considered it until looking into it, the reviews and such - changed our minds. From cheap construction, to pushy sales - no thanks.
