Demonstrator needs a target area on the mat so she stays in picture range.
Ridiculous movement of showing what she is doing with no thought to target
area.

Looks like your making good progress on the metal repairs, especially if
you consider yourself a novice. Good work, keep it up. Also thought I would
mention that we have the shrinking discs available in both 4 1/2" and 9"
sizes, disc only, or kits with backing pads, at our wolfesmetalfabrication
website. (i cannot post links, but you can google it or see our video for a
link) Brian :)
I am about 1/3 of the way through on restoring a 1965 Beetle. When I
retired in 2000 I was charging $40 an hour. How in the world can anyone pay
someone to restore a car? My labor , JUST LABOR, is $9,400 at this point. I
am so glad I still have my shop!
"It works for me." No better reason is needed. Getting a job done to your
own satisfaction is what it's all about and from what I can see, your work
would satisfy all but the fussiest (who'd probably find fault in
perfection).
Brill job and very good tips on making your own tools for the job you
explained things in a easy to follow way keep up the good work and cheers
pal for the ideas that you have given to all that watch your videos
Thanx for the good tool tips. really liked the shrinking disk. Thought of

Now i have a recipe for success on that one. Happy holidays Brad

Miffed with her parents for not raising her allowance, Lizzie gets her first job as a busboy at the Digital Bean. But to Lizzie's surprise, it is a lot worse than she ...
+Andrea Sigala No, not all managers are like that. At my job all of them are really understanding and helpful. Of course they get mad at us if we slack off but other than that they are not like this at all in some companies. All she did was yell and do nothing all shift long.
+1234r They technically don't. They just clean, get silverware together, bring dirty dishes to kitchen, and whatever else they can do to have the tables ready to be served. So they kind of work under the waiters. Customers can have the busboy go get the waiter for them. And busboys don't get tips.
+dudetocartman I mean certain things a minor can do. It seems like she was making her do everything. Busboys don't take customers orders do they? They just clean up the tables.
+1234r Yes there is. In California, a minor 14 and 15 may work during school days and non. They can only work 3 hrs/day or 18 hrs/wk during school. Also they can't work before 7 AM or after 7 PM. During summer, it's extended to 9 PM. When they not in school, they can do 8 hrs in a day or 40 hrs/wk. If her manager was making her work more than 3 hrs a day, then yes that's overworking her which you can't do.
