+Maggie Bee Inside are cinnamon, cloves, star anise and some other things. The Chinese supermarket will have a variety of spice bags on offer if you aren't in Taiwan to get Taiwanese ones.

I am Vietnamese but I don't know the dish you just made . I guess you got an inspiration from bun thit nuong rite. Keep on the good work, and you should try authentic recipe as well.

Well, clearly I am not Vietnamese!  This is just inspired by some predominant Vietnamese flavors...I'm just creating my own California versions of recipes :)  I'm definitely not claiming to be authentic!
