What a Bad Belt Tensioner May Look Like
This is the second Dayco No Slack belt tensioner I have put on this car. The first one lasted maybe 2 months, and the current one was bad straight out of the box.

Its coming where alternator is and I got a new belt new tensioner water pump and the only I can think is power steering pump because that's only thing I had problems with in the past or and mysterious oil leak that's all I can think of

No... It shouldnt do that lol. Have you raised the hood (carefully) and looked where its coming from?
