What ECU are you using. I am searching for a MAP solution to get away from
the original MAF Sensors. How did you solved that issue?

stock 1G axles , 1G Trans , 1G Driveshaft can do easy 500hp + with out problem , the stock 3 bolt rear diff cant .... i pushed almost 700 with stock drivetrain . the 3 bold rear diff will break at anything over 400hp , thats why i had 93\94 4 bolt rear diff , which handles the power with ease . It lasted for about year of consistent abuse 30 psi 500hp , till i pushed it up to 38 psi and then one of the pistons cracked .
500hp its not much for 6 bolt , if the tune is good it will last till the stock rod bolts fail. The block was from different car so idk how many miles did it have . but over 130k for sure.

+john denniston Tunning was pretty easy as far as AFRs go. if you know what to tune for you wont have any issues. I did have some issues with idle at first but once i moved my MAF away from the turbo it become better. This video was taken awhile ago before i finished my mods, I can email you a list of the mods if youd like, but at this point in time it had CP pistons bored 20 over, BC cams 264, walbro 255, 740cc injectors, stock rail, aftermarket intake plenum, fmic, full 3 inch exhaust turbo back, hx35, and a custom exhaust manifold that i later redid with larger piping and larger radius bends and upgraded to a AGP turbo that sounds so sick.

Never had it on the rollers. This was with the 65hp injectors. Later, I upgraded to 150hp injectors, and modified the HX35 to a HX35/40 hybrid with a 14cm turbine housing. This was also before a Colt "Big Stick" cam shaft.

A Holset turbo is More than reliable. And reliability of the motor depends
completely on the assembly and tune that runs it. Youtube member
"onefasthatch" is the tuner we use and can take care of any tunes and
basemaps/ecu chipping you have if need be.
.something ain't right you ain't building much boost at all on the 2step
and that turbo isn't at full boost till like 7500rpm seems very sluggish
and sounds like turbo is way big for your setup
