In addition to those who come to a video just to complain about it, too
frequently the online experience reduces our tolerance for sticking with
someone you might agree with 85 percent of the time and disagree with 15
percent. The 'my way or the highway' mentality really undermines people's
ability to build larger coalitions to achieve common goals.
Don't know about you, but I am firmly of the opinion that the negative
comments of people who comment but don't have the balls to make videos and
put their face out there for critique are not worth as much to me as those
who do.

+Kristi Winters I agree. I think it also gives you the ability to trade someone who is great that you agree with 85% and trade them for someone average or worse that you agree with 100%. I value the opinions of the people that I subscribe to and follow and most of my faithful viewers. Beyond that, meh.
