HL Twyford Classic / Dauntless Rubberwell - North lodge park, Cromer

This is a nice find of a park toilet, sadly it will be gone soon while a new toilet block will have its place. I showed a bit on the outside but I had a VERY close call ...

A close call there, I myself have nearly been caught and once trying to film Poole College toilets I got a funny look off two chav types. I am yet to go back and film them as they are always in use. A nice find though, good to see a Dauntless and its a shame it had reached the end of its life.

The toilets had ment been closed forever when rocket house was built in 2005 but the town council reopened then in 2007 and now they are going to be closed this time. I was suprised that both cubicles in the ladies were Low level

The old toilets are not going to be knocked down because they are adjusted to the school there, they will be used as a store room and the new one will have baby change and disabled unlike this

It will be a shame that it will be knocked down and i think in the new toilet block it will have Wallgates or something like that

I have stayed at Yurts in the Oregon State Park system. In Wallowa Lake State park the yurts are hard sided and very nice. At Umpqua State Park they have deluxe yurts which are canvass sided and have a 3/4 bath and kitchenette with heaters in the yurts. Oregon is noted for rain, and on the coast high winds, and Wallowa Lake for snow and they have stood up well. On the canvas sided yurt, though, you have to contend with noise so make sure you don't build too close to neighbors!

Well, permanent walls around the edges are usually with a permanent stick built yurt. However, if you are talking about the walls that are sectioning off bathrooms and such, then technically you could change them around if you wanted to, although it would be tedious. The walls for interior rooms must be free standing and supported by the floor and each other only. The same thing with a loft.

Heck, why worry about walls. Hanging partitions, or curtains to section of "rooms", would work better. You change the interior dimensions by just moving the curtain rod, super easy.

I've never seen one up close, but it looks like anchoring and sealing is the key. I have lived in tents in the military, and remember this fact well!
