Joel, this song brings back memories of my high school days in Acapella Choir, mid 50's, and we did this as part of the Nativity scene.........soloist was always the key, and the girls would pray that the great one's had a cold during the tryouts......thanks for posting this.....

Thank you for posting this song. My father is a Concordia College alumnus, 1949. He was a member of the choir under Paul J, and played QB for Jake C and lived at his house while in school. We did so many of Paul J's and F Melius Christiansens works in our high school choir im Mayville and Mayville Portland High School ND. The music memories are wonderful. I don't know your time at Concordia, but possible you knew Roger Kolsrud. Merry Christmas

Emily, we are not planning to be there. Sorry! I was back some years ago and sang with the alums when Foelber was still there. A great experience. Blessings to you and others who will sing. I am still singing with our tiny (10-voice) church choir!

Watching this brought memories of singing this piece in the Concordia (Ann Arbor) choir back in the sixties under Paul Foelber. Thank you for posting it. Nicely done!
