+bs2502 Tobacco Laws are there for health reasons - not criminal reasons. As the search and arrest was deemed unlawful in a court of law, i could have sued on those grounds, but i did not.

He didn't sue them for an illegal search because they had probable cause..... the gronk was caught smoking a cigarette red handed, this I'm assuming led them to assume he may be in possession of more cigarettes as an underage person....perfectly legal for them then to search him and his property. He should be more concerned with his toxic attitude instead of trying to copy the U.S video's of people using their first amendment right to refuse certain actions by the police.

No, its not normal, but this set of traffic lights has always done it when i lived there, it flashes orange for a period of time as a warning for pedestrians, i have seen a few other sets of lights around Sydney do this as well, but 90% of the time they don't, its a bit odd.
