Epic recipe! I love freekeh for its huge nutritional content and the medicinal spices in zataar are phenomenal. Great for digestion and so flavoursome! awesome recipe mate, I will definitely be remaking!

dede you should know how to crack an egg with one had by now :). i like to add some tomatos with vines and cook them next to the eggs and sliced cucumber

Really good. A "veggie" way would be to use dried/ground spearmint and pomegranate syrup instead of the beef.

I prefer for mornings the Greek ''strapatsada'' version with no meat but tomatoes, onions and feta cheese.
