Now dreadlocs are looking beautiful and styled very well. Before, especially among the Rastafarians dreadloc looked like this or very different with maybe 3dreads on their entire head lol.. While we wouldn't loc up our own child's hair like this, someone of that religion would.
If my hair was like that and somebody told me the truth it might hurt my feelings but I would be grateful that they told me the truth. My hair is fine and this little girl has beautiful hair also
y do u care bitch u mother fucker be nice wat about your hair?
Combing Out Locs
I wish I could have showed you guys how I comb them out but I was the only one holding the camera and we really wanted to finished up. It took us 2 days to ...
Ive had mine for 2 years. Im ready to comb them out. What products do you
recommend i use after the process is finished? As far as shampoo and
protein treatments?
+kinky coco nope! it's thick. I comb my locs out and my hair is thick and healthy. It depends on how you comb them out and how you care for your hair afterwards. Thanks for watching
I had to reupload because YT can be a pain in the butt...Anywho it took about a week & a half to take them out..We started using conditioner which worked but it ...
After 4 years and 10 months of having dreadlocks, I decided to cut them off! This is a video documentation of the process of cutting, removing, and untangling my ...
Sweetie I needed someone that carries your poor mentality and intelligence to translate what you meant to me. "In fact kinky hair people are contradictors" lmfao you couldn't think of another excuse to defend your stupidity right? Like your mother. I NEVER wore a weave and I NEVER relied or applied any kind of HEAT on my head, you fucking mentalily challenged idiot. It's you people with dog fur for hair that like to copy our style and do what we do and you KNOW it's the truth. For example, this STYLE. we Black people made up dreads and you fucking fools that think your hair can go into this style want to try it out. You'll always end up looking like 2 a failure than you already are. Your parents did a nice time raising you though. I can only thank God mine didn't make me get public education. I might of just ended up as dumb and pointless as you. Dumbass.+Heaven Johnson
If you don't have straight hair don't get it straightened? I've never seen or heard that one before. I'm not making a "double standard". I'm saying the truth. If your hair is not passed the "4" kinky hair types you shouldn't even bother. Seems to me people who hair types are not in the "4"s like to copy what we do, and it ALWAYS ends up looking horrible. +Heaven Johnson
Greetings! I can't believe your dreads are gone! You have left quite the
impression with all your videos! I am thinking about getting dreads..and
growing a strange addiction to them via youtube, pinterest, etc..but always
found myself getting the most valuable information from YOUR videos! You
still look beautiful as ever without them...I hope you could still answer a
question I have for you. How did you section your dreads? I would like thin
dreads and do not know the proper way to section them
I'm glad 2 C it so healthy. U R the reason I want dreads so bad. If I could
get my hair to look the same as yours I would be all over dreads quick
like, so instead I've made synthetic dreads and just not happy with the way
they braid in. I was thinking about finding a place that does wrap dreads
but that's lots of money and the closest place is atleast 4 hours away. My
hair is half way down my back, very thick. So unless I do whatever I end up
choosing 2 do myself im lookn at lots of money.
awww you had the best dreads!!! but sometimes you need a change, well
anyway do you think you will ever do dreads again?? an do you miss them??
mine dreads are 9 months old an i hope i can get passed the 3 yr mark like
you , becouse there alot of ups an downs with dreads iam at that ugly short
stage right now, but i do love having dreads hopefully mine i will have for
a very long time, lol!! well good luck on yr new journey love!!! hope youll
still do videos too!!!!peace man an love......
you deel my pain then dear;D I mean, it took me about 45-60 min to take 1
dread out as I did it very carefully, and i had ~90 dreads.. :D it took me
2 weeks, dont know how many hours in total, and my friend helped me with a
few dreads to!:D I use silver toner, but in the video my hair looks much
whiter than it actually is O_o My natural colour is mousey blonde, use to
be very blond, but now is darker.. :)
Oh nooooo you took your dreads out! ;___; but anyway, you look awesome with
"normal hair" as well ;) How many hours did it take? When I took my dreads
out last year (didn't have them for too long unfortunately) it took like 9
hours... and afterwards my arms and scalp were hurting ;) Oh and I have
another question: Do you use white toner or something for your hair? What
is your natural color?
I have been doing some research because I am looking into getting
dreadlocks myself, I have searched around but have not gotten a definite
answer as to wether having dreadlocks and or taking them out damages the
hair, and wether the hair needs to be if at all after or before the de-
dreading process, and last but not least wehter the hair will grow back the
same as before the dreads
hey sil! was wonderin if when you brushed them out they had any lint or
crud inside?! its an awkward question but i wonder if no matter how well
one keeps them there will still be mold and or funky smells deep in the
core of the dread or like dandruff or whateves...had a friend tell me she
kept hers immaculate but still had nasty shit and smells when shr brushed
them out...
i love you so much even without your dreads you have such an amazing
personality!!! About to get my dreads in a week and 6 days!!!! let me know
if you have any tips and warnings before i get them i have been doing a lot
of research!! Hahaha when are you visiting us over here in cali
(California) in the us??????? I HOPE YOU READ THIS LOVE YOU!!!!
Enjoy them dear in mean time, and if you dont colour them your hair will be
much healthier and nicer latter:)) Yeah I did took some dreads in 'dry' way
and I THINK, but im nor certain, that it broke a bit more hairs. And yes I
cut off my extentions cos some of them i just couldnt untangle..
sorry dear:( I will just let them grow! Maybe... gonna get braids in a
summer or something, but not sure about that yet:) My hair is actually very
straight naturally if i dont do anything to it, stratight and flat, so im a
bit lost in the question of Styling it :D I will get there.. ;D x
Heyyyy lovely! :D your hair looks great. It will take a long time to get
used to - it always does when you've had your hair one way for a long time
and then you change it! But you will get the hang of learning to style it
and stuff again! Hope life is going well for you! Lots of love xx
It was pretty hard, like I did other peoples dreads so many times, but
taking them out only a few times, and its like 10 times harder than putting
them in :D It took me a few weeks as i said, and about 500ml of
conditioneer :D
I'm excited for when I take my dreads out in a year. :) You look great! Did
you take any dreads out "dry" -meaning they were just plain dreads with no
conditioner? Also, did you take the extensions off first?
Thanks for all ur vids, I could tell when u made the one of your bangs
undreaded that you would be taking them out very soon. but ur a inspiration
seriously! I still want dreads soooo freaking bad
awww i love you an yr videos , i am sooo sad you took yr dreads
out:(:(,lol!!no but you are beautiful either way , can i still ask you for
help with my dreads?? thankyousweetie an much love!!
I second that suggestion...I never know to start at the bottom or top,
front, back...I have fine hair thin-med so my parts are soooooo visible
which sucks cuz I burn easily in the sun XD
You look great! Don't stop making videos just cause you may think all we
cared about was your dread advice though! We love you for you and miss you
when you're gone, lol!
I wont lie, this is a little depressing as you were such a huge inspiration
to my dreads but you still are as gorgeous as ever :] glad you've continued
to make vids!
Hey could you do a video on how you sectioned your hair for your dreads,
seeing as you don't have them any more it would be great to see how you did
it :)
How long did it take to take them out? Did you have to cut it that short
when you took them out or can you keep them that long? Was there a lot of
damage?
