@Perilix Apparently, you can not put a thought together. I said compared to Hannibal, Surorov was a pussy. You are taking one point of view and basing your opinion on either hearsay or the one book you read that glorifies Surorov. I did not say he was a pussy directly nor did I state his tactics were terrible. I stated that Hannibal was much better than him. Besides, what you consider his "unorthodox tactics" are actually tactics that have been used throughout time. Its not just credited to him

@D3adtrap Ok, I found the numbers. Germany lost 3,500,000 military deaths on all fronts in WWII. The Soviet Union lost 10,000,000 military deaths in WWII. Soviet civilian deaths are estimated at another 10,000,000 on top. However let's keep the comments on topic to the video. There's nothing worse than WWII political debates on youtube. @D3adtrap I really hate to contribute to this off-topic discussion, but if what you say is true, then the Russians took twice as many casualties on the Eastern Front as the Germans. Second, nobody really knows how many Russian soldiers died, all we know is that Russian war deaths, military and civilian combined amount to about 20 million. That's 50% of all deaths from all countries during WWII, not just 2 million more than the Germans. Their country suffered a lot.

@TheNewCommissar And while your numbers are correct on USSR military, those are selective statistics. You do not include in it Germany and it's allies (German number also wrong), in Soviet stats you include partisans and POW deaths unlike in German stats. You also fail to note, that Germans killed far more POWs than Russians did. Germany & It's allies lost: 4,428 million KIA Military USSR: 6,5 million KIA Military 800 000 Axis died in captivity 3,6 million soviets

@GodOfWar221 Russians had among the best commanders during WW2. Like Zhukov, who is arguably the best commander of the entire war from all sides. Historians such as Max Hastings, Dan Carlin & Anthony Beevor would agree. Let me remind you that soviet casualties were (only) 2 million more than Germans, witch I personally see directly because of the German back stab in 41 and system of command, which was in efficient to say the least.

where did you buy the book"Art of Victory: The Life and Achievements of Field Marshal Suvorov" (Philip Longworth) ??????? i definatly want to get it. I have sun tzu art of war and enjoy it a lot but i want another look on war from suvorov...i cant find any books to get for suvorov's science of victory if u culd help that would be great

I feel like Cavalry is not a necessary unless your going up against a lot of artilerry or cavalry, Cavalry is just another group of unites to worry about especially when they just sit on your flanks waiting for a moment to strike

Correct me if I am wrong but is Suvorov and Caesar not both known to be aggresiv? I know Caesar often tried to surround his enemy by being aggresiv and fast moving but then again I'm not sure please answer if you know thanks

I just got this game, definitely very fun but I'm still kind of confused... If you have soldiers standing in several lines, can only the soldiers in the front line shoot? That's always what seems to happen to me.

WOW... that is an INSANE LONG run. The average run here in Colorado is about 2 miles, with the longest being at Vail it's like 5.5 miles. I want to ski italy sometime in the near future, but I also need places my wife can as well.... Are there not really any green runs out there? I have trouble reading the european style trail maps

To je ale pěkná kktina zakázat Unicorty jako takový a povolit 1 dělo,myslel jsem, že se turnaje zůčastním,ale hraju za Rusáky a ty buď teda úplně bez děl a nebo povolit 10liberní jednorožce páč oni nemaj houfnice jako ostatatní... jen jednorožce a experimentální a ty jak víme stojí za vyliž prdel... 20lb jednorožce chápu páč to je moc, ale proč 10lb? +50 dostřel je opravdu minimum :) . Pokud bych hrál s 12 lb dělama obyč jen, tak na spoustě mapách sem proti ostatním narodům s houfnicema v píči!
