It's more common to just add a little to your bath (because it will be diluted enough vs a spray bottle)once a week and sitting in their for a medium to short period of time. You will see this is more for females who have infections though! Typically women who don't have infections will only need to clean and rinse with water. I will list somethings you need to watch out for:-Apple Cider Vinegar is highly acidic, even when diluted (when diluted its just that its safe to use)-Because you keep it in a spray bottle and don't dilute it in the tub more or less you're going to end up concentrating it.-ACV can be used as an astrigent (think of rubbing alcohol) so be careful with that.All in all it isn't bad, it does help with PH balancing but I would always consult your doctor when it comes to things that can alter your PH. I would only see this being needed once a month, which would be after a heavy period that put havoc on the downstairs area. Once you see things lighten up, all you have to do is maintain.
