Underground australian horror movie Videos

Cloverfield was such a disapointement. They hyped us so much over it, youtube was full of speculations about what the monster truely looked like, hell the whole internet was going crazy and I was part of that frenzy. But when we finally watched it, it was far from the American Godzilla everyone was waiting for... that's JJ Abrams magic for you...

After a second viewing of this found footage movie, it's not that bad at all it's worth a watch to anyone who's never seen it before.IMO this is a better found footage movie than those crappy Paranormal Activity movies.My favorite found footage movies are The Blair Witch Project, Troll Hunter, and Chronicle.Good review.

Great review for a flick that really caught me off guard I didn't think I was going to enjoy it but I did. I do agree with you about the them finding a weapons to defend themselfs and also about the leads being well done. BTW Why didn't write the title of the film??

I might have overhyped the film for you lol :D Either way, excellent job on the review. I agree with you on the two leads, I thought compared to a lot of horror films (and found footage films) that the two leads were better written/acted than the usual.

Panic- Sudden uncontrollable fear or anxiety, often causing wildly unthinking behavior. So your argument that these characters aren't thinking, or that you would have the ability to stay calm in that situation is just asinine.

And I agree with you as well Matt. As far as characters go this was much better than many others found footage films and even some other movies.

The trailer makes the film appear to be a Quarantine or REC copy... sounds interesting tho. I'd give it a watch...

This is actually not the final version of the movie, so I do agree with you based on this cut that the title isn't necessarily fitting. The final version deals with the psychology of the character a little deeper but also leaves it open to interpretation on whither it's something wrong with the character (and is he possibly manipulating the story he's telling) or it is in fact something in the house. I will update you when this final version shows up online. Thanks again

The reason we like old B movies is simple,  directors learned basic fundamentals till  they were blue in face ( make no mistakes basic  not fake)..    even shorter deadlines  hard work
