this is plain stupid....you judge an airline by the kind of women it employs (& that too by the age & looks of those women?) I agree that Air India has a lot to change about itself but not the fact that it takes good care of some employees.....if they dont work well fire them but why does an airline need to fire its air hostesses just because they are old or dont look as good as they used to....i dont understand....please stick to sensible stuff you idiots!!

+Kay Rai thank you for the compliment but my point was feminist in nature.....anywaz i can understand your disappointment & also please read my comment once again ( i said that as a company taking care of your employees is good & not discriminating based on age is also good but what is not acceptable is rewarding inefficiency)....This guy should have made fun of Air India's efficiency not the fact that it does not have "fresh meat" (i know its offensive to women but that's basically what he said)So i assume there is no conflict of point of view now...have a good day

And I am DEAD against such absurdities too.Now you can imagine the level of disappointment I harbor against Air India air hostesses, that I let woman's empowerment issue take a back seat. I really think young people are more competent, ambitious and professional compared to these old ill mannered hags. P.S. I DO understand what your point is here. And specially coming from a guy, I appreciate and respect your point of view.

+Kay Rai Well you can find rude people in almost any airline & i m sorry but i have yet not come across such a person while travelling with Air India....I m not defending inefficiency but i am totally against this jerk who thinks that for an airline to be wonderful its air hostesses need to be young & sexy...i frickin hate this patriarchal mentality & obsession with physical beauty...

+Prateek Agrawal Not just the age and looks. Also the way they behave. They are fucking rude. It's like sitting in a montessary class with a very strict teacher. This is the reason I just don't wanna back them up. If I needed to deal with ill mannered people with unnecessary attitude problem, I'd travel by a local train!!

U hav no right to speak about Air India Food Hav u ever fuckng traveled by Air India? Bcoz d catering cums frm Tajs Flight kitchen n even indigo,jet airways hav d same menu. Wrst of all dey dnt serve by a bucket its called an Cart. N ya Those ladies r jst doing their job to earn an living tmrw if u get old wont u do nythng to earn an living?? OK I do acknowledge the fact that this was a joke but seriously I would rather have an Air India hostess serve me my food than some ignorant "good looking" bimbo who choose to be an air hostess because it was probably the only job description she met. Come on people lets not label all women as sex objects and if you choose to fly on an airline only for the looks of the air hostess you seriously need to get more social interaction with the female gender.

+Anonymous Singh When was the last time an air hostess did anything apart from the job? They aren't interested in entertaining the travelers. They are interested in the money it pays.Anyone who is compelled to work as an air hostess is most likely going to be dumb, and it's human nature to be attracted towards a ''good looking' bimbo'.
