I know it says on the box not to use with warmer temperature drinks, but have you tried that at all? I am looking to use this with an adult client who spills her coffee.

I have not. I am sure if it's on the cooler size it will be ok. I would recommend a coozie for it if using hot liquid.

My grandson loves his. However, after using it for some time, my daughter found that there is a plastic ring on the piece that has the holes in it and it is not removable. It has mold under it. Have tried soaking it in bleach, didn't remove. Any ideas, either from mothers or manufacturer???????

+navywifetales We got frustrated with it so my son just cut it off. Strangely enough, it still works, it leaks very little. It leaks a whole lot less than a regular sippy cup! So, I guess, with a little ingenuity, we will still keep using them!!! Cutting it off also makes it lower maintenance.

+Danner Cook Well my first thought would be to soak in bleach as well. Maybe try calling and see if they can help?! I got a q-tip and rubbed the whole on the rubber part to make sure no mold was growing.
