Looks like debris blowing around in the wind, tornadoes can send semi trucks flying through the air

Also you might want to check and see if someone was flying an r/c drone of some type or toy r/c. Do you think it could have been that?

I'm going to keep my eyes open, my daughter runs around with a few of the kids in the neighborhood and I will have her find out if any of them have one

I suppose it could have been some kind of drone, but it had just been storming really bad and the Tornado alarms were just going off.  It was very windy so it would be pretty difficult to fly an r/c in that.  Also, the way it moved through the air was very graceful, and given the winds it just didn't seem like a toy to me so I filmed it
