He didn't realize it. When you are reading from a teleprompter you just get used to not thinking about what is there. If two stories are accidentally merged you could accidentally read them as one and not realize it. The emotional ques are in there too-so he is faking the emotions as instructed on the teleprompter.

Especially people in power positions, I dropped off a copy to a forest ranger up at Palisades Ranger station on mt. Lemmon now I have another 100 copies and I am going to flood them out!

the colors went from a dark bronze, to a lighter shade, then ended at an off yellow, I thought that is odd, those are not your typical rainbow colors and shape, it almost looks like chemical influenced prism's, maybe there's some copper in the chemtrails; is what it looks like.

Spraying seems to happen in spurts, which of course debunks the theory that it is a normal occurance, they tend to choose certain quadrants at certain times and days. We get lots of heavy spraying around Chicago at least 2-3 times a week.
